Description
Our Coliving is a community project in Cancún, created by a group of friends who wanted to build a welcoming space for digital nomads and travelers. With a team of local 6 employees taking care of cleaning, maintenance, and daily operations, we combine modern coliving with coworking spaces in a vibrant area close to the city’s culture and beaches. Workawayers will enjoy being part of a friendly team, helping guests, and connecting with people from around the world.

At our Coliving, cultural exchange happens naturally every day. You’ll be surrounded by digital nomads, travelers, and locals who love to share their experiences, skills, and stories. It’s a great opportunity to connect, learn, and grow while enjoying the vibrant energy of Cancún.
As hosts, we enjoy spending time with Workawayers, making them feel part of our family and team. Our 6 employees take care of cleaning, maintenance, and operations, so volunteers can focus on helping guests, practicing languages, and sharing experiences. We also love to exchange knowledge about Mexican culture, teamwork, and hospitality while learning from the perspectives of our visitors.
Cancún offers plenty to explore: local markets like Mercado 23 and 28, cultural spots such as Parque Las Palapas and the Maya Museum, and natural places like Malecón Tajamar and nearby beaches. Depending on the season, you may also experience festivals, traditions, and colorful Mexican holidays.

Accommodation
Workawayers will stay in a private room with a single bed and private bathroom, offering comfort and privacy during their stay. The room has good ventilation, a closet for storage, and everything needed for a cozy and restful space after a day of activities.
We also offer three meals per day, a perfect chance to share good food and connect with the team or other travelers. It’s a simple but tasty way to enjoy local flavors and keep the community spirit alive.

There are nearby restaurants where volunteers will be able to enjoy mexican cuisine, the nearest beaches and traditional markets are easy to reach using public transportation or Uber/Didi.
