Description
Everybody welcome: from solo travellers to families!
My wife Evi, me (Peter) and Ava (cutest toddler in the world) are living together with my mother in a house next to our construiction site.
We are building an ecological strawbale house in Duffel, a village in Flanders. We built a timber frame and filled the frame with strawbales. We are now looking for people we want to help with the construction tasks. You don't need any experience, we don't have any either :-). We hope to learn together with you.
We like: cooking vegetarian, living outside, learning new languages and ideas.
We have a little house (chalet) with a kitchen, small bathroom with shower and toilet, small living area and a bedroom.
Important: at the moment we don´t have warm water. So only cold water in the bathroom and kitchen. The waterheating on gas is not working. Maybe you are a plumber and can fix it 😎Types of help and learning opportunities

Two great people with humor and very curious to get to know the region.
We had a few dinners together, alwaus very nice.
Another really positive thing: they can do everything, very handy, they think together with you about a project. They did so much. We are very thankfull for that!
Being a part of the project of building a future home was very inspiring and I learned a lot during the time I was there!
Peter is great to work with he is calm and was very trustful to me, which I really appreciated!
