Details
 - Description- Hello. We are a growing family: my husband and I, two girls aged 4 and 1, two dogs, two horses. We have chosen to abandon city life and are building our home pursuing an idea of self-sufficiency and sustainability. Both my husband and I have kept our jobs and are dedicating our remaining time, which fortunately is not little, to the slow construction of our dream. We are following a design created by a permaculture expert, one piece at a time we are studying and building (orthoforest, forest bomb, aquatic placenta, swales). We also have a small olive grove to take care of and the management of two mares and the transformation of manure into compost. We are also about to get some chickens for egg production.
We have woodlands that we are currently leaving to rest and we rarely collect firewood since the photovoltaic system allows us to heat the house comfortably and economically. Anyone who wants to stay with us will be welcomed into our home. We have a guest room on the same floor as our bedrooms and the possibility of a bathroom for the exclusive use of guests. We are not vegetarians but we consume little meat and cheese, we both love to cook and obviously having children eating healthily is one of our priorities. The Farfa river passes through our property, we are in the heart of Sabina where it is possible to make wonderful excursions.
