Full description below the list of people we want:

    4. A skill sharer - you possess a skill or a knowledge base that you passionate about and willing to share. Skills we always love: Martial arts, Tantra, Yoga, meditation, breath work, healing arts, visual arts, etc.

    2. Digital Marketing, content creator - You would help us with our digital presence, working with experienced digital marketers. This is a great job for you if you wish to gain experience and knowledge in the following: copywriting, SEO, social media campaigns, event and venue promotion and management, brand management, etc.

We are striving to create a vibrant and transformational artists collective where you will connect intimately with nature, explore your soul, strengthen your body and expand your mind. We currently reside in a house located in Binh Minh, a small fishers' village south of Hoi An, where we live close to the ocean, in the heart of an open and loving local community. It is our goal to create a self-sustainable community of spirited individuals who are artistic by nature.

This space offers you the opportunity to unplug from the stresses and distractions of our everyday lives in order to live simply and mindfully, in harmony with nature, while contributing your creativity, energy and passions to help make our community a beautiful and nurturing place for people from all backgrounds and walks of life. Our hopes to inspire transformational change in the lives of those who stay here by encouraging them to explore their bodies, minds and spirits. In order to help guide our guests and volunteers on this journey, we strive to offer a variety of retreats, events, workshops and activities. The types of opportunities we wish to offer are: healing arts, massage, yoga, meditation, tantra, martial arts, visual arts, performance arts, outdoor education, natural building, natural shampoo and soap making, and much more.

Our intentional community is a perfect escape for anyone looking to take a break from the chaos of the modern world, explore their creativity, strengthen their bodies and broaden their minds. The neighborhood where we live is quiet and the neighbors and their kids are very friendly and communicative. The town itself offers some shops and restaurants within walking distance, and the city of Hoi An is about 25 minutes away, where you could find any service you need.

Our volunteer program is for creative and compassionate people with open minds and hearts who are looking to contribute meaningfully to our vision for our community. If you have a particular skill, passion or idea that you want to contribute to, or are interested in developing new skills by participating in ongoing projects, please reach out so we can discuss what role you see yourself playing in our community. As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to help mindfully shape a culture of creativity, compassion and love that we are striving for. Volunteers will also have the opportunity to participate in workshops, offered by an international array of professionals who are experts in their fields (maybe it's actually you). Tasks will mostly revolve around creating and leading workshops, marketing, as well as cooking and house keeping. We also welcome volunteers with specific skills that they are interested in teaching, either informally or through a more organised workshop.

Volunteers will be expected to dedicate 3-5 hours of work per day (Saturdays and Sundays are free), as well as to participate in the daily activities that go on in our community. An example of a typical day in the Valley is as follows:

6:30am - 7:30am: Morning exercise (variety of disciplines)
    7:30am - 8:30am: Community Breakfast
    9:00am - 12:00pm: Volunteer
    12:00pm - 1:00pm: Lunch
1:00pm - 7:00pm: Optional yoga, practice will rotate between vinyasa, hatha and yin.
    7:00pm: Dinner
    8:00pm - 9:30pm: Community activity

For the first week of your stay will be a trial period to see if you are able to commit to all aspects of the volunteer program. If after that period, volunteering seems like a good fit for you and for the community, you will continue with the program. In exchange for your work, you will receive: accommodation in our dorm room, food (3 vegan meals per day) and participation in events and workshops.

If you are interested, please send us an email with responses to the following questions. Pending your answers, we may ask to schedule a quick video call, just so we can get a better feel for you, what drives you in this beautiful life, and if volunteering in the Valley will be a good fit for both you and us.

    1) What are the dates you are hoping to stay with us?
    2) What skills you wish to share with the community?
    3) Do you have a type of work you are interested in?
    4) It is very important to us that our volunteers posses a positive outlook, and happily attend and encourage others to participate in community events. Is this something that you are comfortable with?
    5) What are you hoping to get out of the experience?

In our town you will be living very close to a beautiful beach where many times you would feel like the only person there.

Our town includes cafes, restaurants and small markets, and Hoi An right next to us offers many tourist attractions.

Other than that there are some interesting temples not far from us, and the cities of Da Nang and Hue are within reach from here.
