This two-story house, in need of some tender care, offers a cozy haven. Your accommodation includes a private bedroom with a queen-sized bed, an attached bathroom, and a spacious wardrobe. The room is adorned with expansive south-facing windows, providing ample natural light. You'll have access to laundry facilities, a designated meal preparation area, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Situated in a secure environment, the house enjoys an ideal location near buses, trains, and cycling paths. Cafes, parks, restaurants, and the beach are all conveniently close, enhancing the overall appeal of this well-positioned dwelling.
