We are a Belgian family, Oliver (42, ex-chef), Kim (32 herbalist) and our little girl Lila (4)
Why don't you come help us out in our permaculture garden, or with the renovation of the traditional buildings? We have 2 large furballs Capucine and Papa, our donkeys to cut the grass, chickens for the eggs and two playfull cats...
If you feel like having great vegetarian cuisine after a fulfilling day in the countryside, come and enjoy Olivers dishes and Kim's latest magic potion!
We speak english, french, dutch and a bit of german and spanish... always happy to meet new people and exchange refreshing ideas!

We are open-minded, eager to learn and love to exchange about the all the topics of life. Having volunteers around is not only convenient but most of all about meeting new people and having fun! Hope to get to know you soon.
At the moment, we are finishing our house, so a helpful hand is always welcome to help reach for the screwdriver, do some rendering with us, ... no really heavy work anymore! Besides that, the animals always love a little bit of extra TLC, and Lila loves to have a new buddy around!

You will be staying in a 30m2 yurt, heated with a wood stove. As we have been living in it the past 5 years, it has been well taken care of, no moldy stinky business here :-). If making your own fire is too much fuss, you can also choose to settle in the cosy little caravan next to the house (gas heating).
The open-air swimming pool is just down the road (you can do it on foot or by bike), 2km to the towncentre, 45min to the Mont-Saint-Michel. 30minutes from the beach. lots of bike and hike tracks.
We can come pick you up at the trainstation in Villedieu-les-Poêles or Granville.
