    Description

We are looking for a friendly, hardworking individual to assist on our beautiful property located just an hour’s drive from Sydney CBD. Our property is home to a variety of animals, including horses, two German Shepherds, a cat, chickens, ducks, and ponies. It’s a bit like a mini zoo, but it’s full of life and fun—especially with a lively 4 year old running around!

We live on the property as a close-knit family, including myself, my daughter, son-in-law, and their 4 year old son. We’re an easy going and welcoming family who enjoys meeting new people. In the evenings, we love sitting by the open fire, enjoying the stunning sunsets and the peaceful surroundings. Despite feeling like you’re in the middle of a serene forest, we’re only about 48 kilometres from Sydney CBD, offering the perfect balance between tranquillity and access to the city’s attractions on your free days.

Sydney is a vibrant and world-renowned city, known for its iconic landmarks like the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge, stunning beaches, and rich cultural diversity. It’s a place where you can enjoy an urban lifestyle while soaking up breath-taking natural beauty and warm hospitality.

We’re looking for someone who loves animals, is not afraid to get their hands dirty, and enjoys being part of a family environment. Your responsibilities would include gardening such as hedging, trimming, occasional housework, and sometimes looking after our energetic 4 year-old and helping with stable work such as feeding, rugging and un-rugging and caring for horses.

In return, you’ll have the chance to share meals with us, enjoy the warmth of our family, and experience life on a scenic property while being so close to Sydney. If this sounds like the perfect opportunity for you, please feel free to send me a message. We’d love to hear from you!
