Description
We are a small farm located in Ayvalik, a coastal town on the Aegean sea in Turkey. Our farm is set in an olive orchard with 125 very old and beautiful trees. We're interested in organic olive and olive oil production while maintaining a sustainable lifestyle in the farm.

Although we are still ongoing learners of this kind of lifestyle, we expect to share our experiences in organic farming and sustainability issues.
Help
We need help with the daily tasks in the farm which consist of feeding animals, gardening help etc. These daily chores mostly take approximately 2 hours of help and the volunteers will have as much free time as they like to enjoy other activities during their stay.

Accommodation
Volunteers will be sharing a small cabin-like farmhouse with the host, which has one double and one single bed, a kitchen and a toilet. Power for the cabin is provided from solar panels which is enough to support mobile phone batteries, the refrigerator and lighting.

The farm is 8 km. from both Ayvalik center and Sarimsakli region which is famous for it's perfect beaches. Ayvalik and Cunda Island are both popular touristic locations particularly during the summer.
