The image depicts a couple standing outside a rustic stone house, accompanied by a dog, with a ladder leaning against the roof and a chimney emitting smoke.
A person holds a "Scotty" dog mug towards the sunlit garden. A dog stands on the grass, shadows cast, enjoying a peaceful morning outdoors.
The image shows three wooden raised garden beds with soil and young plants, next to a green hedge, a metal wheelbarrow, and a metal watering can.
Two dogs are resting together on a gray dog bed. The light-colored dog has its head affectionately placed on the black dog, both looking cozy and peaceful.

    Description

We are a young couple (29 yo) who live in an old stone cottage in Co. Cork, Ireland. The cottage (where you will stay and have your own room) is located 200m from a small village (Dromahane) which has a shop and pub and 10 minutes from a big town (Mallow) that has all amenities and a train station.

Both of us are very active and like to do a lot of sport so we are in and out of the house all day. There are nice hikes near by and world class mountain biking trails 30mins away. There is also a lake for swimming and sauna.

We are looking for easy going, friendly individuals or couples to help us with jobs around the house and garden e.g. painting, clearing overgrown hedges, chopping wood. Work would be 3ish hours in the morning and you would have the afternoon and evening to do your own thing. The house is a working progress and each week there is something different to be done so we are looking for people who aren't afraid of a bit of hard work and will throw their hat at anything! Most days it could be raining (Ireland weather is unpredictable) so you must be comfortable working outside in all weather, unless torrential of course!

You MUST like dogs as we have two friendly dogs who both inside and outside and like to greet you in the morning.
