    Description

Come help us make Bogotá famous in the international arts community.

My name is Diego Fernandez and together with my partner, Jostin, we’re working to grow the Bogotá arts scene from the ground up. Our website, is an online market for buying and selling art here in the city. However, we’re a little different from other online art shops.

On our site, we only work with local Bogotano artists, we allow anyone to join regardless of where they are in their career, and we do all kinds of extra work to make it easier for artists to get ahead. The goal is to slowly grow the arts scene by encouraging young artists to pursue their passion. Eventually, we hope to see our work snowball into an explosion of talent and creativity in our city. But we can’t do it alone…

The website has been almost entirely built and developed by volunteers. At the moment, we’re looking for help from anyone who knows about: web development, digital marketing, branding, graphic design, publicity, film making, photography/videography, community management, or blogging.

If you’re a creative person, you’ll love it here. I’m an artist myself and through working with the site you’ll have the chance to get to know the cultural side of Bogotá. In addition to arts-related experiences, you’re also welcome to practice Spanish with myself and Jostin.

Right now we’re trying to grow the site, get the word out about what we do, and build an audience through digital marketing. So far we’ve had bloggers, web developers, copywriters, and designers come and help out. Let me know what you’re skilled at and I’m sure we can find something for you to do.
