Initially I meant to stay for three weeks and go on with my travels, the fact that I returned and ended up staying for 2.5 months says enough. These guys are awesome, my friend was also able to stay for a little while and we got to experience so many things. They took us to places and helped us with ideas of where to go on days off. It was all I

Ofcourse you have to work hard sometimes but you have more than enough time to relax as well and you get so much in return. I loved the farm life, the animals really stole my heart, they all have so much love and cuddles to give. Thank you guys, so much, for an unforgettable time! You can only contact Workawayers who have an active membership.

The last two weeks have been one of the highlights of my time in Australia. Lucas and Marty are both super interesting and thoughtful hosts, and after having been travelling for a while, the super comfy bed, private room and bathroom were a total treat.
The work was enjoyable and there was plenty of time to rela or play with the dogs.

It was a great experience to spend two weeks with Lucas and Martin. I could learn a bit more about the Aussie way of life by spending time with a friendly couple who I also had interesting conversations with. There was always something to do in the house but I also had plenty of free time. There were a few tasks I didn't have much experience with

Juan was great to have around. Juan helped around the house with cleaning and cooking and always cleaning after himiself. It was a busy time with work on the family farm and Juan pitched in with cattle work and fencing with long days. Your help Juan was much appreciated and I hope you had a good time with some new Experiances. All the best and

It was my first workaway experience with Lucas and Marty and it was awesome. These guys! They really made me feel like a part of the family, I even got to spend the holidays with them which was a lot of fun. I actually didnt think I would stay for a long time in Toowoomba, but eventually i stayed there for 1.5 months! We just got on really well i

Indi is a fun girl, a bit rough but I like her personality. It took her a while to adjust to me being there all the time, seeing how it was her first experience with a workawayer as well, but in the end we got a long real good! She's funny:) I also loved the dogs, everyone of them!
The work they expect you to do isnt hard of difficult and you get enough time for yourself.
I think they are really flexible. You want to go to town, no problem, you need something from the store no problem, you want to go for a run, no problem, just get something done :)
During the weekends we would go have a picnic or go to bunya mountains or just do other fun stuff.
I do hope to see them again some time, you guys (and Indi ofcourse!) are more than welcome!! Bring your mum and dad!You can only contact Workawayers who have an active membership.

Jolien was a pleasure to have stay with us, she happily helped and participated in activities and became a part of our family. It was a pleasure to find out more about Belgium through jolien and we do hope to visit some time. I would recommend jolien to other hosts looking for a down to earth, honest and happy person. All the best with your future
