  Bonjour à tous :)
  J'auto-rénove actuellement un ancien relais de chasse (d'où son nom : Jaegerhof signifie "relais de chasse" en alsacien !) en utilisant principalement des techniques écologiques (mur en paille, enduits à la chaux, etc...). L'idée est d'en faire un futur lieu d'habitation ainsi qu'un lieu d'accueil pour des futurs stages d'équicoaching et pour accueillir ma ferme pédagogique.
  J'ai également une "mini-ferme" pour le plaisir, à savoir 3 chevaux, 1 shet et 1 âne, des oies, 3 chiens & des perroquets -> aussi, il est essentiel d'aimer les animaux si vous souhaitez venir chez moi car les chiens vivent avec moi et les chevaux sont dans le village d'à côté (/!\ pas d'activités type équitation de prévu) !!
  A terme, l'idée est de permettre aux animaux d'habiter sur le terrain de la maison dans une visée permacole, c'est-à-dire que chacun apporte sa contribution au système. A terme, un paddock paradise sera donc créé, des haies plantées, un jardin en permaculture sera mis en place, etc....
  En vous accueillant, mon objectif est donc de partager avec vous une expérience de rénovation unique avec des techniques encore peu utilisées mais également mon amour des animaux. Sur la période estivale, j'ai également un verger et je fais du jus de pommes maison.
  Actuellement, je recherche principalement un coup de main pour la rénovation de la maison, c'est donc un travail plutôt physique.
  J'habiet actuellement en mobil home, donc je ne peux malheureusement pas vous héberger dedans, mais je vous proposons de poser votre tente ou votre camping car dans mon jardin et de partager nos repas :). Je travaille la semaine, donc je serai surtout ravie d'avoir un coup de main le vendredi ou le week-end, et vous pourrez en profiter pour visiter notre belle région :D

  Hi everybody,
  I am currently renovating an ancient farm with ecological methods (straw-bale construction, coating made of sand, ...). This farm is a future home but also a future site for equicoaching workshop and an educational farm.
  I love animals so I have many : 3 horses, 1 pony, 1 donkey , 3 dogs, gooses, and parrots -> so, you definitely need to love animals if you want to come here :)
  Mid-term I would like to set up a permaculture place where animals, humans, and plants will participate to the sustainability of the whole system. For example, I would like to create a paddock paradise to limit horses' impact on the ground and protect biodiversity while improving the horses' health , I will plant even more trees to make juices and marmelade, I will create a big garden with permaculture methods and with the help of our animals, etc ...
  I would be happy to welcome you and share with you my experience of renovation with ecological methods, but also my love for animals. Currently I am spending most of my time renovating our house, so it's especially physical works.
  I am living in a mobil home so I could only host you in my garden (tent or camping car) and share my meals. I am working during weeks so you can enjoy your time to discover Alsace. I would be very happy to have some help on Friday, Saturday or/and Sunday.

  L'Alsace est une magnifique région avec une culture très forte, du fait de notre histoire. Nous serons donc ravis de partager avec vous nos connaissances, de vous indiquer les plus beaux lieux à découvrir voire de vous accompagner pour quelques visites le dimanche si le coeur vous en dit.
  A titre personnel, nous essayons de nous orienter vers un mode de vie autonome et zéro déchet à travers l'écoconstruction notamment et nous serons ravis d'échanger à ce sujet avec vous, tout autant que sur les animaux. Je serai également ravie d'échanger avec vous sur l'equicoaching et la thérapie par l'animal.
  
  Alsace is very wonderful place, with a strong culture due to our history. We would be delighted to share with you our knowledge, to show you the most beautiful places of the area or come with you for some visits on Sunday if you want.
  We will also be very happy to share with you our way to a zero waste way of life, our love of animals, my passion for equicoaching and animal assisted therapy, or how to build an ecological site.

  Il n'est pas nécessaire d'avoir des compétences techniques précises, si ce n'est un goût pour le bricolage et les animaux.
  Les principales tâches que nous pourrons vous confier sont les suivantes:
  > sur le chantier de rénovation : aide pour réaliser de l'enduit, pour construire les murs intérieurs en colombage, etc... (ne prenez pas peur, c'est long mais relativement simple :)!! )
  > avec les animaux : réparation des clôtures, réalisation d'installation pour améliorer leur confort de vie, nettoyage des prairies,
  Je ne recherche pas des professionnels, mais simplement des volontaires qui prendront plaisir à partager mes beaux projets et à apprendre des techniques écologiques à mes côtés :).

  Technical competencies are not necessary , we only expect a desire to learn, to do diy and to love animals.
  Principles tasks may be:
  > for the home renovation : help to do the coating, to realise the insulation, the half-timbering walls, etc... (don't be afraid, that's long tasks but not that complicated :) ! )
  > with animals : fences fixing, fields amelioration, cleaning-up
  I am not looking for professionals but only for volunteers who are willing to share my wonderful projects and help me undertake this project !!

  Accommodation

  Tente ou camping car. J'habite sur le terrain dans un mobil home d'ici un mois, donc les commodités sont malheureusement limitées pour l'instant... Mais vous aurez un accès à l'eau, à l'électricité et à des toilettes sèches. Possible d'installer une douche solaire également.

  Concernant la rénovation, il s'agit d'une auto-rénovation, cela signifie donc que le planning du chantier varie beaucoup selon les surprises et aléas du chantier, notre énergie du jour, la météo, etc...
  
  Just be aware that we are renovating the house by ourselves, that means that the planification of the construction site can totally vary, depending on hazards of the construction, surprises of the renovation, our enery, the weather, etc...
