  Description

  Nature paradise place in the heart of sumadija. This place is surrounded with hiking trails through the forest and beautiful landscape. There is many streams around and a beautiful lake not so far where you can swim when the weather permits.
  There are people living around so it's not completely remote however not many .
  The area is very healthy. In the past there was a lot of domestic animals. Now because of them there s few grass fields which I bought. I would like to do reforestation and plant a lot of fruit trees.
  Hiking is definitely the best thing to do. There is one famous pick near there called ostravica. Garden is finished already for this year so the only task for this season is transferring young trees and planting new fruit trees, as well as collecting leaves from surrounded forest.
  I ve been there 3 years so far. So houses are fully equipped. There is a guest house with its own bathroom. Open for new projects ideas . It's still a new lifestyle for me too . I am spending lately most of the time there ,less in the city . The nearest big city is arandjelovac 18 km away and Belgrade is 89 km. The house get it's own spring water by pipes directly from the spring. There is also amazing well with delicious water and 550 meters away 200 year old spring water from the tap which is cold even when is the warmest summer day.

  I am doing all the diy stuff. There is a few couples around they all speak English and like socializing and helping each other with projects. I love hiking with my friends and all the activities. Speak only English fluently and know just few words from other languages. I lived abroad for nearly 15 years and I worked with people from 150 different countries . I am used to all the nationalities and I am open minded. My family is coming to visit sometimes but if it happen during your stay will be only for a day so you have your privacy in other house.

  Help

  No difficult tasks .
  This autumn pretty much need help with transplanting trees and planting new fruit trees. Collecting leaves from the forest.
  Open for new projects ideas.
  There is so much grapes and small apples so maybe help in making fresh juices and freezing them. There is always something to do there but nothing hard. All the construction projects I'm doing on my own so if there is a need to hold something for few seconds while I'm welding or something like that. There is a lot of land and I am still using only one part of it.
  Any ideas I will really appreciate it since I'm 3 years there and not very experienced gardener.

  Accommodation

  There is two houses . One for me and one for guest. The guest house in new even better then the one I stay. There is a bathroom in guest house. Giant balcony and a lot of gym equipment. Feel free to train. I finished personal training course and will be happy to show you exercises but please do not dump the weights on the floor . Place them gently . If it's too heavy to lift it then choose lighter ones . The kitchen is in the other house . I am a morning person so you can use it anytime in the morning . I am sleeping around 22 30 so maybe until then . There s no asphalt road around so most of the sounds you will hear will be from birds and animals but it's very quiet in general. I can t cook all your meals . We can cook together sometimes . We can eat together but if eat sometimes at different times then you help yourself. We should wash dishes immediately after so we don't accumulate them. You can help in cleaning the house to . I try to keep it clean but the new spider net pop up every few days .
  
  We can go to hypermarket to buy all the food for few days. You can choose any food which is normal prices anything luxurious you can get it your self.
  I eat everything. If you are vegan we can buy all kind of vegan food . I don't really mind. There is a best cheese selection in my village so if you like cheese we ll get it from the village. It would be lovely to make food and eat together. If we skip sometimes it's still fine

  What else ...

  There is a bus station to arandjelovac and rudnik town around 1 km from me. The bus journey to the city takes around half an hour. From arandjelovac bus station you have all other connections. For the hiking stuff I don't mind driving to some other cool areas where is generally even difficult to reach by bus. Belgrade is one hour 15 minutes from arandjelovac. Taxi I heard it s possible to order but it might not be cheap since the petrol is expensive here

  I have unlimited internet on my mobile data with good connection and can share it . But there is no cable internet . It might be in the future because the cable is going one kilometer away from my hill but not yet.

  Space for parking camper vans

  I think you can enter with the camper through my gate the is a roof 2and half meters high . Otherwise you can just park nearby.

  Can possibly accept pets

  Nothing in the house . There is a dog house outside . In my land there is normally 2,3 dogs but cleaning is so difficult so pets only outside. I like all the animals.
