  Hello! We are Mitsy and Julien, a couple who loves nature and human connection. Julien is an airline pilot, and i run our foster home, where we share our daily lives with two wonderful adults with intellectual disabilities. Asif from Trinidad Tobago and Kyle from Toronto.
  Our family is completed by our two friendly dogs Lola and Piper. We live in the region of Abitibi, north of Quebec.

  Help

  We are looking for versatile helpers for gardening, painting, and general tasks. BIG BONUS if you love vintage RVs, DIY projects, or if you've always wanted to learn how to restore a classic Airstream.
  
  Spend an unforgettable summer by a pristine headwater lake in a biodiversity reserve.
  ​We are looking for resourceful and positive helpers to join us this season! We have a variety of projects around our property, including gardening, fresh painting, and general maintenance.
  ​Our Special Project: We are also restoring a vintage icon—our classic Airstream trailer! We would love to find someone with a great DIY spirit to help with this. If you have experience (or a strong interest) in aluminum bodywork, riveting (like Olympic or bucket rivets), or structural tasks, you are exactly who we are looking for! But don't worry, you don't need to be an aerospace engineer—tools can be learned, and we love to teach.
  
  ​Whether you want to get your hands dirty in the garden, paint with a view of the lake, or help us bring this Airstream back to life, there is a place for you here. What's in it for you? A private room or a small cabin, great food and access to a permaculture garden, TV, Internet and a mini fridge. Full lake access, paddle boarding, canoeing, swimming and hiking . So for a couple hours a day of help you get to enjoy a calm, respectful and warm environment in the heart of nature. I'm looking for someone independent, patient and above all comfortable with neurodiversity. You will be part of a caring human environment where kindness is key.
