    INTRODUCTION
We are a young family who live next to the manawatu river 10 minutes east of Woodville about halfway between Napier and Wellington. Pretty easy going place with quiet countryside always plenty of projects to attend.

    GENERAL INFORMATION
We enjoy Music, Camping, Hiking, Festivals, interested in herbs, natural building, permaculture, bio dynamics, humans, plants etc

We are most open to vulunteers who can help us with current projects of renovating buses, planting trees, cleaning around the shed and gardening and can help cooking or keeping an eye on the young one from time to time if you are happy to, we also look sometimes for house sitters so we can take a few days off somewhere..

.. Any diets welcome we can generally adjust to suit - we eat consciously, fresh as pos veges not much meat but occasional farm meat, trout/eel/rabbits, try to eat as much organic as possible and are always happy to try dishes from your part of the world too!

Time can always be made for you to explore our local region hikes, cycle tracks, fishing etc

    About us...

We met here at the family farm some years ago while Sabrina(originating from Austria) was passing through on her way to Australia but Mitch stopped her! and she didn't take much persuading to live with him in an old bus for a while... We have since had a son called Josef, and now live together in a converted shed in the Kumeroa community. Next year (June 2017) we go to Austria for a while

Most of the time we are a happy easy going family who enjoy the simple things in life and try not to get caught up in the rush of 'normal' life.. other times we are depressed visionaries who need a good glass of wine, good food and some good company... ;)
