Hello all
We are Shekhar and Jade with our little son Advaita inviting you into our home aka beach guesthouse.
We’ve been running our community-driven space in Arambol since 2014. We love welcoming you into our home it's super special to us because we were volunteers ourselves when we first started our own travel journeys! 😊
We understand how important this experience is. It creates a beautiful cultural and family exchange. It is a wonderful way to help you sustain your travels, connect with the local community, and also find a balance in life. We are chill, laid back yet happening place in Arambol.
We been into volunteering program since 2015 both international and Indian volunteers.
For this upcoming season, we are looking for creative, fun, vibing individuals to help us with :
To help us sustainably reimagine and beautify our spaces.
A creative person for natural, eco-sustainable coastal design. Hippie soul, upcycled materials, and beautiful, raw spaces that don't cost a fortune.
Content and Vibe Creators, someone with a great eye to capture the authentic vibe of our space, tell our stories, and design visual materials.
Musicians to jam, Help with restaurant work, gardening and much more.
We are an offbeat, "OG" location. We offer a raw, authentic space where you can find yourself in the evolving hippie culture of Arambol, live within our joy and vibrant community of music, art, people, culture and beach lifestyle.
Hospitality is a highly hands-on work, and there is so much for you to learn and experience here.
We invite travelers who want to be more than just "tourists" to bring their unique skills and contribute to the collective energy of our family.
PS: Minimum volunteering is 4 weeks. -

In free time,you can go for a swim at the beach. You can go to the Sweet Water Lake and keri beach hike. There's a trail to Keri Beach. You can explore the local market. There are a lot of other interesting places with surfing, yoga, music, theatre, dance and workshops happening, and you can do these activities based on your preference. Or you could just chill at the beach and do nothing.

Help
We are looking for people with an open heart, who know that this life is to be lived and to be shared. So anybody who is ready to share their knowledge, wisdom, expertise, or whatever skill is what we're looking for.
Our place is known for its vibe, experience and music community, we are always looking for people who play music, either singing, playing a live instrument or who can DJ.
Anything to do with music, art, creativity, digital marketing, and painting, gardening or helping us in daily operations.
The most important thing is that we are looking for people who are genuine and open to help, because we do not like to micromanage volunteers like employees. -

Accommodation
Generally, in the off season we might be able to give a private room. But in the season, we generally provide shared bunk beds, and meals, which include lunch and dinner. We also have shared community kitchen to prepare your breakfast.

Volunteering opportunities are available throughout the year: fewer in the off season, more in the season. We are mainly looking for people from October to May.
The minimum duration we are looking at is four weeks, and the maximum could be three months. -

There's an amazing atmosphere in this restaurant : artists, travelers, locals come here to enjoy the spirit of this place.
