Description
Hi there, we are mid '50's husband and wife living on 100 acres on the gorgeous mid north coast NSW.
Wife is still working part-time in disability as a Nurse and at the local hospital.
Husband is retired and spends his time developing the farm.
We are looking for either single/couple to help us establish edible gardens, weeding/mulching, do some basic fencing, animal feeding and just hang out with us and a huge variety of animals including cattle, sheep, turkeys, chickens, ducks, bees and dogs.
We are currently bottle feeding goats.
To our East, we are half an hour from beautiful beaches, some remote and 4WD accessible. To the West we have mountains rivers and water falls, and to the North we have a major town and hospitals.
We enjoy the outdoor lifestyle including fishing in our boat and surfing the mid north coast beaches.
Our land is quiet and peaceful with plenty of Aussie wildlife. Perfect for someone interested in art or photography.
We can offer land to park your van with power and water, or off grid in one of the paddocks if you choose.
Alternatively your own private room in the homestead with us, shared bathroom.
Either short or long term stays are welcome.
Wife absolutely loves cooking, especially with our own home grown meats and fresh produce from the garden so most meals will be included in your stay with us.
We can offer a bit of fun, a bit of light work, and a lot of laughs for the right people.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon!!Types of help and learning opportunities
