Description
Hey to all workawayers,
We are a family living in a village near Dresden (40 minutes by bus to the center, public transport works quit good, its possible to go to the city almost all night long). Dresden is a beutifull baroque town, whith a lot of things to explore. Its a quit old city with a lot of young students living in it. There is not only the old part, with all the ancient buildings, but also a new part, with a interesting alternative lifestyle. But Dresden isnt that big, you will discover it yourself.
Our family counts quit a lot of members :) My husband is after a sickness in need of care, alsmost all day long, that means my daily job is to be a personal nurse for my husband, its not always a easy job to do, but I always to it with all my love and energy I can give in to it.
Since we live in a house with a garden around, and my husband cant help me with it anymore, there are always a lot of things to do. I would appreciate it, if you have already some experience in gardening or if you are used to homeworks.
But your help isnt the only reason I signed up to workaway: since I cant travel so much I love to have guests from all over the world. I will be glad to do some excursions with you, up to my timetable.
I offer accomodation and meals in exchange of 2-4 hours (depending on the projects) per day in a 5 days week. But I am really flexible with the hours.
It would be nice, if you write me, to write at least something about you, your talents you bring with you, your interests, and your plans you have in Germany.Types of help and learning opportunities

Help
As I wrote, there are a lot of things to do, but especially I need help with my garden. My garden is a little wild, at least in comparison to our neighbours:) We have wild wine, strawberrys, peaches, apples, tomatoes, and a lot of different flowers. But all the beutifull disorder of coulors and flavours is a hard work to create.
In addition to gardening it might happen that I ask you for some help in the houshold, to cook or things like this.
Since we are living together, I expect you to act prudently not only during working time, but also in your leasure (to set the table together before eating, and do the dishes together afterwards, stuff like this, nothing bad:)))Languages

Smoking only outside....What else ...
Bring a smile with you :)
I often say: God, give me the strength to accept the things I cant change, but also the strength to change what I am able to change. Workaway seems to be a tool to change my little world, but also starting from my little world, to make our world a better place!!!!
What I learned from workaway (especially, but not only from workaway:)), that living together works better, if there is a good comunication between me and my guests. Please help me to create an athmosphere, that supports a steady and open dialogue about expectations, whishes and needs during your stay. It will help both, me and you, to enjoy the time we share...
and: Bring a smile with you:)A little more information

Hours expected
4 hours a day, 5 days a week, from 9 am. to 1 pm, this sounds a bit strict, I know, but since I have to get up early we have to find a common rythm, and I experienced with other workawayers, that its difficult to handle for me, if workawayers start to lat
