  Description

  We are Maayan and Chen and we have 3 hilarious children. We are nature and environment people. I work as a Tour Guide and Chen works with seniors in the community.
  We are building our dream house 🏠 on the beautiful north of Israel on a Kibutz called Gonen only 5 min away from a dip in the Jordan river and hundreds of other beautiful spots all around us.
  We are building our house from natural materials. Mainly rammed Earth and hemp crates. Also we will be using natural clay and lime plasters. We have an incredible team of construction experts and natural building.
  We are looking for committed volunteers that want to join the team.
  Starting October 11th.
  This is an amazing opportunity for people to gain hands-on experience in natural building.
  Also an opportunity to learn or practice Hebrew while working with a mixed team.
  We have an apartment available for the workers and of course food is on us.
  If you are committed we can also talk about more compensation.
  We are really excited to see who has the calling to join us.

  We and the kids are native English and Hebrew speakers. We are both licensed and well practiced tour guides and educators. Weekends are always in nature.

  As the building moves forward we will need different things.
  In October rammed Earth construction
  In November building with hemp
  In December lime plastering
  After that clay plaster, building a mass rocket stove and more.
  
  You don't need prior experience, as we will have a professional team leading the work and teaching those who arrive.

  We have an Independent apartment available for workaways that is adjacent to ours.
  Our community is quiet and peaceful and is located in the most beautiful part of Israel.
  The apartment has an equipped kitchen but you are more than welcome to eat on our table with our family.
