    ===========
    For end of May and June we are looking for someone that can help with whatever project we will be working on and help you get familiar to take care of the house and animals in June for 2 separate weeks when we will be out of town.
    =============
    We are a married couple. My husbands son is staying with us Thursday - Monday every other week and we have a loving dog that loves pets more than anything else. A year ago we moved down the street and started a new project the Estate.

    Have you heard of DIY? That's what we do with most things. We are building pretty much everything ourselves. We have 14 chickens and Rüfüs the cat.

    We have over 40 different types of fruit trees that we planted, working towards building a aquaponics system to grow vegetables and other crops in the bog filter of our koi pond.
    The house is a 3 bedroom which we are remodeling for each bedroom to have its own bathroom. In the front yard we will be building a metal building for the garage, workshop, storage and pickleball court. And eventually a big house in the back.

    Background:
    Five years ago, Fabienne introduced Bill to Workaway and since then we have hosted almost 40 travelers (Germany, France, Belgium, The Netherlands, Spain, Poland, Italy, Namibia, Canada, Argentina, Lebanon, England, and the United States, Brasil).

    We built a pool, a koi pond, a minigolf course, art projects, landscaping, gardening, flooring, tiling,! If you're a artistic person, this is your place.

    We build international friendships, create amazing memories, and we learn and grow together.

    What it will be in 5 years, we can only dream! Let's create ideas to make a magical new place that we can all share in.

    A few things to save your time and ours:
    - We can only accept single or couple travelers (no kids, no pets)

    Depending on the season we have a lot of fruits to process and once we built the aquaponics hopefully a full garden with vegetables and herbs.

    We have 1 bedroom that we can host a single or couple. If there will be a few days overlapping with another volunteer we are hosting, we have a couple adventures sleeping options outdoors. You'll be staying close to downtown Orlando but it feels like far away from the default world. We have 2 bicycles you are welcome to use and care for, our electric scooter needs a caretaker to change out a part and self teaching.
    We also have low speed vehicles that need to be updated to be street legal and available to use in exchange of hard work.

    In the neighborhood we have a public park with workout stations, a couple gas stations, a little store and latin food places AND a Sonic DriveIn

    Requirements:
    - Intermediate English level (We need to be able to teach/explain you things you don't know yet)
    - Follow instructions
    - Be proactive and handyness is a plus
    - Put in 20 h/a week

    In return
    - A house, yard and lake to play around once we have the weeds cleared out.
    - Basic foods and staples

    Do you want to come to help us be creative and build awesome things?

    The time we are not working we go paddle boarding, swimming, volleyball, spend time with friends, go to concerts or any sports event in the area. We do have a bus station close to the house if you want to go on an adventure yourself.

    Our 20 chicks are born in April and we have 4 different breeds we haven't determined yet which ones the roosters are. We like to have around 20 laying hens.

    We learn as we go.
