  Welcome to Tuscany
  
  Hello dear Workawayer! 😊
  We’re Silvia (33), Cristian (39), and our three children - Aurora (10), Gabriele (almost 8), and little Margherita (3).
  We would like to invite you in our house in Toscany to spand some weeks in our family and looking the beatifoul cities near us!
  
  Our home a country house located in the heart of Tuscany, between Siena (20 min by car) and Florence (40 min by car). You can easily reach both cities by train or bus. The local train station is just a 5–10 minute by bike from our house, and you’re welcome to borrow our bicycles for exploring the area.
  
  We moved into this house about a year ago. We still have small projects to do, but no time to realize them. You are welcome if you want to help us with ideas and bulding projects!
  We have also a very big garden, where you can read under a tree, sunbathe, enjoy a morning coffee or simply relax.
  
  What about us?
  Cristian is an engineer and works full time, and I’m a teacher with a flexible schedule. The kids will be at home during the first half of September and start school in the mornings during the second half. We’re looking for a friendly, creative person (MALE or FAMALE!) to join our family for the month of September/October - someone who loves spending time with children, produce handmake things, playing, speaking English with the kids, cooking italian's recipes....
  
  In your free time, you can explore the Tuscan countryside by bike or on foot, or visit nearby towns, museums, shops and practice italian language in art schools in Siena, that offers afternoon classes or workshops.
  
  What We Offer:
  • A private room.
  • Shared meals with us - or you’re welcome to cook for yourself. Our kitchen and fridge are open to you. While we are not vegetarian or vegan, you’re free to follow your own diet.
  • WiFi if you need to work or stay connected.
  • Use of our bicycle for local travel.
  
  What we ask:
  • Flexible hours, generally 3–4 hours a day spent with the kids, depending on my work schedule (we’ll discuss the schedule together and keep it easy and adaptable for both sides).
  
  We’d especially love someone creative, patiente and joyful, who is interested in being with children and someone who enjoys hands-on projects like crafting or woodworking.
  
  This is our first time hosting a Workawayer, and we’re happy to share our home and life with someone new. We want you to feel at home here.

  In your free time, you can explore the Tuscan countryside by bike or on foot, or visit nearby towns. museums, shops. If you’re interested, there’s even a horse stable where you can take lessons or go riding. There are also language and art schools in Siena offering afternoon classes or workshops.
  
  We’d love to share Italian recipes or even work on small creative projects in the garden if you’re interested. You’ll have plenty of time to relax, enjoy Italian food and practice Italian (if you want!).

  We are looking for someone who can stay with the kids playing with them, creating things, cooking, doing gym or whatever you want to propose (max 4 hrs/day, five days/week).
