Hello, we are François & Angélique. We grow organic vegetables for our customers on a very old abbey situated on the wooded and leafy Automne valley, in the south of Oise, Pircardy, 1h from Paris.
Bonjour, nous sommes François et Angélique. Nous cultivons des légumes bio pour nos clients dans l'enceinte d'une très ancienne Abbaye, nichée au creux de la vallée verdoyante et boisée de l'Automne, au sud de l'Oise, en Picardie, à 1h de Paris.

The organic garden requires a daily presence, specially for weeding and harvesting in summertime.
We usually prepare vegetarian meals together or in turn.

Most of the time, we host volunteers for minimum 1 week.
The place where we live is also our relaxing place. We want to lead a simple and healthy life.
That's why we don't use drugs (legal or illegal). We want those who'll share some time our life
also have an approach going in this direction.
Garden takes 3/4ers of our days. It's a lot of work and fun too.
That's why every little bit really helps! Of course, you won't have to work so much.
You'll also have to be indépendant in your spare time on site: have a rest, take care of yourself,
meditate, cook, surf on internet (not all the time, please!), read, listen to music, talk, and enjoy nature ...
La plupart du temps, nous accueillons des bénévoles pour 1 semaine au minimum.
Notre lieu de vie est aussi notre lieu de détente. Nous souhaitons mener une vie simple et saine.
C'est pourquoi nous ne consommons pas de drogues (légales ou illégales). Nous souhaitons que ceux qui
partagerons quelques temps notre vie aient aussi une démarche allant dans ce sens.
Le jardin prend le 3/4 de nos journée. C'est beaucoup de travail et de joie aussi.
C'est pourquoi toute aide est vraiment la bienvenu! Bien sûr, vous n'aurez pas à travailler autant.
Vous devrez aussi être autonomes dans votre temps libre: se reposer, prendre soin de soi, méditer,
cuisiner, surfer sur internet (pas tout le temps svp!), lire, écouter de la musique, parler, et profiter de la nature ...

They were always there to help us and they gave us the possibility to discover places nearby the Abbey.
We were able to get in touch with their lifestyle as farmers and their everyday tasks.
They were excellent chefs and the food was the best, we broadened our vegan cooking knowledge.
