Description
We have a space (under construction) for artistic training and production, located in a permacultural farm in the rural area of Ojo del Rio, province of San Luis.
We seek nutritional and energy autonomy and to live in harmony with the pre-existing ecosystem.
We have private and shared rooms to receive travelers.
It is a space to inhabit nature in calm and work on permaculture, bio-construction, gardening, and animal management (chickens, goats and pigs) among other field tasks.
Tenemos un espacio (en construcción) de entrenamiento y producción artística situado en una granja permacultural ubicada en el paraje rural Ojo del Rio, probincia de San Luis.
Buscamos la autonomia alimenticia y energética y vivir en armonía con el ecosistema preexistente.
Contamos con habitacion privada y compartida para recibir viajeros.
Es un espacio para habitar la naturaleza en calma y trabajar la permacultura, bio-construcción, huerto, y manejo de animales (gallinas, cabras y cerdos) entre otras tareas de campo.

Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
The main thing is to connect with nature and look for life alternatives in a world plagued by destructive policies and systems. I seek to learn about ecology, renewable energies and everything related to country life and sustainable food production for self-consumption. I am an artist and I have been working on this project for 7 years that combines art and country life. The place is 10km away from the nearest town, which makes it especially quiet.
Lo principal es conectar con la naturaleza y buscar alternativas de vida en un mundo plagado de politicas y sistemas destructivos. Busco aprender de ecología, energias renovables y todo lo relacionado a la vida de campo y producción sostenible de alimentos para autoconsumo.
Soy artista y llevo 7 años en este proyecto que combina arte y vida de campo. El lugar esta retirado 10km del pueblo mas cercano, lo que lo hace especialmente tranquilo.

The main objective is the exchange of knowledge and cultures, which I believe is the most enriching thing about workaway.
The main tasks to be carried out are gardening, construction, pruning and opening of paths and new spaces in the forest.
El objetivo principal es el intercambio de saberes y culturas, que creo es lo mas enriquecedor de workaway.
Las tareas principales a realizar son de huerto y jardineria, construcción, poda y apertura de caminos y nuevos espacios en el monte.

I have a cabin with two rooms: one with two single beds and one double, and the other one with a single bed and an extra matyress. Bathroom, dining room, wood heating, solar energy and bottled gas heater and kitchen. I also have space to camp if desired.
Cuento con una cabaña con dos habitaciones: una con una cama cucheta y una doble y la otra con una cama simple y un colchon extra.
Baño, comedor, calefacción a leña, energia solar y calefon y cocina a gas envasado.
Tambien tengo espacio para acampar si se desea.
What else ...
Currently we are two families sharing the project. I live in a cabin with my two children (Luan, 11 years old, Wayra, 6 years old) and Ludmila lives in another with her son Salvador (9 years old).
It is a space removed from the urbanization. There are no warehouses so you will have to bring supplies for the time you stay. Public transport runs a few times a day within a 3 km walk. In the field there is a pond where you can cool off and green spaces where you can practice yoga or movement activities. We also have a small room for artistic activities available.
Actualmente somos dos familias compartiendo el proyecto. Yo vivo en una cabaña con mis dos hijes (Luan 11 años, Wayra 6 años) y en otra vive Ludmila con su hijo Salvador (9 años).
Es un espacio retirado de la urbanización. No hay almacenes por lo que deberás traer prooviciones para el tiempo que te quedes. El transporte publico pasa pocas veces al dia a 3 km de caminata. En el campo hay un estanque donde poder refrescarce y espacios verdes donde poder practicar yoga o actividades de movimiento. Contamos tambien con un pequeño salon para actividades artisticas a dispocición.

I would like to give more presence to the space on networks, but internet access is limited. Me gustaria darle mas precencia en redes al espacio, pero el acceso a internet es limitado.
Space for parking camper vans
There is an area for campers or motorhomes but without access to electricity, we use solar energy throughout the field and only during the day. The dry toilet, shower and kitchen are shared with the cabin. Hay area para campistas o autocaravanas pero sin acceso a corriente electrica, utilizamos energia solar en todo el campo y solo de dia. El baño seco, ducha y cocina se comparten con la cabaña.
