  Hello dear volunteer,
  
  We are a family of five. A Turkish couple ( Nazli- the mother and Ilker- the father) with a 1.5 year old baby and two cats, Ponçik and Biber. We have been living in Lisbon since October 2023.
  
  We need help for cooking to be able to organize our family life in a healthier way. Both parents are working long hours and they are struggling to find time for preparing healthy meals. Anyone who is confident about healthy cooking, you are more than welcome! :) We'll need luch and dinner everyday in big portions which will be enough for four people including the volunteer.
  
  Moreover, we’ll need you to spend about half an hour every morning taking care of our two elderly cats — combing them, giving them their vitamins, topping up their food, changing their water and cleaning the litter box.
  They are both extremely calm and friendly, and it would also be lovely if you could spend some time petting them whenever you can, as they love receiving lots of affection and happily return it 😊
  
  We live in the heart of Lisbon and we'd be happy to give you suggestions about what to do in the city/ where to visit.

  We are a well traveled Turkish couple and we follow a lot of social events in Lisbon. We'd be happy to show you around Lisbon and suggest places you can visit and follow the interesting events happening in Lisbon.

  Help

  We'd need you to prepare healthy portions for our lunch and dinners during the weekdays. Taking into consideration that we have a small baby, we really need healthy eating habits. Apart from cooking, if you have a yoga/pilates teaching background and we can practice together two or three times a week, it would be amazing!
