  Hello! My name is Juan Carlos, I am 39 years old and I live 12 kilometers from the center of the city of Puerto Montt. Two years ago I closed my hostel where I received volunteers, but I had to close it due to the Pandemic. Currently I live alone with my dog, my cat and 5 ducks.
  
  I love my house because it has many windows, very cozy, supported by a stilt house, a nice view with a terrace, which connects with the outside, it is in the countryside, inside a condominium, a very safe, quiet place, surrounded by trees and a lagoon next to my house.
  
  I am a person who loves nature, I am used to traveling, I am a very sociable, cheerful, sincere person, and at this time I am in a salsa dance academy, I study Graphic Design, I only speak Spanish. I sincerely hope that it is a place where you can find yourself and also enjoy the beautiful landscapes of southern Chile.

  ¡Hola! Mi nombre es Juan Carlos, tengo 37 años y vivo a 12 kilómetros del centro de la ciudad de Puerto Montt. Hace dos años que cerré mi hostel donde recibía voluntarios/as, pero tuve que cerrar por la Pandemia. Actualmente vivo solo junto a mi perro, mi gato y 5 patos.
  
  Mi casa me encanta porque tiene muchas ventanas, muy acogedora, soportada por palafito, una linda vista con terraza, el cual se conecta con lo externo, esta en el campo, dentro de un condominio, un lugar muy seguro, tranquilo, rodeado de arboles y una laguna junto a mi casa.
  
  Soy una persona que me encanta la naturaleza, acostumbro a viajar, soy una persona muy sociable, alegre, sincero, y en este tiempo estoy en una academia de baile de salsa, estudio Diseño Grafico, solo hablo español. Espero con toda sinceridad que sea un lugar donde encontrarse con uno mismo y además de disfrutar de los hermosos paisajes del sur de Chile.

  Help

  I started to receive tourists and for that I need some repairs in my house. I am in the process of beautifying the environment of my lagoon, my house and I need to fill its shore and other environments with grass because it is an artificial lagoon that was made no more than a year and a half ago. In addition to cleaning the place of weeds and collaborating in an extension of my house. I also want to start making a greenhouse on my land and thus start cultivating.

  Comencé a recibir turistas y para eso necesito algunos arreglos en mi casa. Estoy en un proceso del hermosamiento del entorno de mi laguna, mi casa y necesito llenar de pasto su orilla y otros entornos porque es una laguna artificial que se hizo a no mas de un año y medio. Además de hacer limpieza de maleza del lugar y colaborar en una ampliación de mi casa. También quiero comenzar hacer un invernadero en mi terreno y así comenzar a cultivar.
