Description
Our house is an old stone farm house which we have been renovating, situated under the Comeragh Mountains, and 30 mins from the coast, we have lots of animals, chickens, ducks, geese, bees, a goat and a pony.....its always growing. We like walks and visiting historic sites. I am an artist and my husband is in college, we have a little boy age 5, 2 dogs and a cat called Ranfield. In Sping/Summer we have lots of digging to do in the garden and polytunnel. Some building, maintenance and animal care.

We live in a beautiful area under the Comeragh Mountains, in the Sunny South East. Although we are in a lovely quite area, surrounded by birds and trees. The local town Carrick on Suir is only 7kms away and villages appox 2-3kms away. We are surrounded by old runes Castles, Graveyards and Holy Wells. Ideal for walking, cycling and exploring. We are about 10kms form the Greenway. We are 20mins drive from beaches, safe for swimming and surfing. Kilkenny is a hour away. There is traditional Irish music in the local pubs, of which I partake in. We are happy to assist with transport if there is anywhere in particular a visitor would like to go, especially on Sundays. We can also do drop offs to busses. We like to do some sight seeing ourselves and walking. I bring my little boy horse riding every second Saturday, if you are interested, you are more than welcome to accompany us.
