Description
My property is situated in the beautiful Clarence Valley on the North Kaikoura Coast with easy access to ocean, river and mountains. I am looking for people with practical skills in gardening, cleaning and building maintenance to help me maintain my large rural property. There are plenty of outdoor activities and your food is often fresh from the garden. I prefer to speak with helpers by phone before they come to ensure a good 'fit' with my needs.

Help
A 2 acre property with numerous buildings that require a tidy up. The forest needs it's paths maintained and trees watered. The vegetable garden requires weeding and planting. The beautiful friendly dog Lulu needs new friends to take her for walks. You don't need all of these skills to come but a willingness to work and learn new skills is essential.

Accommodation
Accommodation will be in your own nice caravan or in my home in winter. Breakfast food is supplied to your caravan and the other meals are prepared by me.

What else ...
The nearest shops and cafe's are 40 km away so if you need these regularly you will be better having your own transport. Great walks from the property and a very willing dog to accompany you.

She was a great help to me at a time when I was slowly recovering from a nasty cough and cold.
Every job I gave her she did thoroughly and proficiently. This included preparing and planting a potato bed, weeding a glasshouse, bringing in firewood, vacuuming and cleaning,… read more
I stayed one week with her and I was sad to leave.
Lynda is a bright, smiling, funny, kind person with a warm heart.
She lives in a sustainable, ecological and healthy way which is a model for our society.
We should take example on that.
My tasks were varied according the weather and the priorities which include… read more

She connected me with some of her friends because she didn’t have time for the first days. So I stayed first some days with Liz, and then some other days with Suz and Murry in Kaikoura, all of them are really lovely and I had a great time with them:)
