Help me look after the garden of my small villa near the sea in Marina di Andrano, Italy

  Description

  I am single 65 years old and amlooking for a mature and responsable person. the villa is very beautiful and functional. I like people to be indipendant but loyal. I tend to stay home a lot . I have 5 dogs, 4 small and 1 setter who is deaf, one of small dogs has only 3 legs. I have 12 cats who live in the house, 2 of which have 3 legs.
  If I dont have a dinner party I go to bed very early and get up very early. A very relaxed enviroment. I need help keeping the garden clean and tidy., which includes the pool.

  I have a villa with a pool, which will be closed during winter months. The villa is only 800 mt from the sea so possibility of going to the sea and meeting others.
  Train station about 5 km but bicycle available. Train journey to most cultural towns of puglia, Lecce the florence of the south a baroccian city. If I am free wlilling to accompany you to train station.
  I am a very good cook and have a small participation with a co-operative farm and although we are not yet certified, we are bio, so lots of fresh fruit and veg. with possibility of learning about the mediteranean recipes.
  Please note that although the villa is only 800 mt from the sea, it is on a hill downwards.
  There is no public transport from the villa, which is roughly 2 km from the village.
  There are no taxis down here but there are many bus services during the summer.
  I am also willing to lend the car when not using it, if you have an international licence.

  Help

  I need the garden to be swept every day because of flowers falling and the pine tree at the end of the garden losing its pine needles and water the flowers every morning early, it is better to do it in the morning because if you do it in the evening it attracts mosquitos and is uncomfortable when eating outside. The pool also has to be cleaned which means putting in the robot and pulling it out when its finished. The grass needs cut once a week, either friday or saturdays. I will take a professional gardener once a month to cut the columns.

  I work from 12h30 till 18h00 teaching, until may and start again in october. Otherwise I rarely leave home, have 4 small dogs and 12 cats. So person must love animals.
  Somebody that likes hiking or bicycle routes would be perfect.
  My situation would be better for someone looking for a quiet retreat.

  Apparently I have a really good internet connection because I used to rent the villa and one time had a CFO of an important pharmaceutical company who needed a good connection so I upgraded. But if you let me know what is required I would be willingly to meet your requirements relative to internet.

  Space for parking camper vans

  One can park across the road under the olive trees, it is not my land but the owner has given me permission. Depending on how big it is maybe inside the garden.
