Hello! We are Eve and Jorge. We live in the town of Ensenada, at the foot of the Osorno volcano and surrounded by forest. At the moment, we are working on expanding our home, and we also dedicate a large part of our daily life to the garden. We love traveling, nature, adventure, and all kinds of outdoor activities. We deeply love the place we live in, and we would like to share it while receiving some help, as well as meeting new people and creating beautiful experiences together. Hola! Somos Eve y Jorge. Vivimos en la localidad de Ensenada, a los pies del volcán Osorno y rodeados por el bosque. En este momento estamos trabajando en la ampliación de nuestro hogar, y también dedicamos gran parte de nuestro día a día al jardín. Por el momento, estamos trabajando los dos solos en casa. Nos encanta viajar, la naturaleza, la aventura y todas las actividades al aire libre. Amamos profundamente el lugar donde vivimos y nos gustaría compartirlo mientras recibimos ayuda, para así también conocer nuevas personas y crear lindas experiencias juntos.

In our town, the surroundings are perfect for outdoor activities such as swimming in the lake (only 500 meters from our home), hiking, visiting the volcanoes, the river, or cycling. At home, we usually share activities on our days off, like enjoying a delicious meal with friends, and we also love going out to enjoy all the activities mentioned above. We also really enjoy traveling, so we are familiar with different cultural exchanges and truly enjoy them. We are always willing to share and enjoy pleasant moments together.

En nuestra localidad, el entorno es ideal para realizar actividades al aire libre, como nadar en el lago (que se encuentra a tan solo 500 metros de nuestro hogar), hacer trekking, visitar los volcanes, el río o andar en bicicleta. En casa, solemos compartir actividades en nuestros días libres, como disfrutar de una rica comida con amigos, y también nos encanta salir a disfrutar de todas las actividades mencionadas. Además, nos gusta mucho viajar, por lo que estamos familiarizados con distintos intercambios culturales y los disfrutamos plenamente. Siempre estamos dispuestos a compartir y vivir momentos agradables juntos.

For the home expansion project, we need help measuring and installing panels. For this, you only need to know how to use a drill or be willing to learn. Tasks may vary depending on daily needs and also include household cleaning, garden maintenance, and cleaning up leftover construction materials in the outdoor areas. All activities are sustainable and carried out collaboratively.

Para el trabajo de ampliación, necesitamos ayuda para dimensionar e instalar placas. Para ello, solo es necesario saber usar un taladro o tener ganas de aprender. Las tareas pueden variar según las necesidades diarias, e incluyen también el aseo del hogar, el mantenimiento del jardín y la limpieza de los restos de materiales de construcción que quedan en el exterior. Todas las actividades son sostenibles y las realizamos de manera colaborativa.

Accommodation
Our home is spacious and features a large garden with an area of native forest. The house has two floors; we are currently finishing the expansion on the second floor, but the entire house is already fully functional. We have a private bedroom available for our guests, and the shared spaces include an entrance hall, living room, kitchen, two bathrooms, an indoor barbecue area, and an outdoor terrace.
We offer three meals a day: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We strive to make each meal varied and complete. Breakfast includes eggs, bread, fruit, cereal, milk, and yogurt. Lunch and dinner consist of protein with vegetables and salads. We also offer broths, stews, or pasta dishes.

Nuestro hogar es amplio y cuenta con un gran jardín y un espacio verde de bosque nativo en su interior. La casa tiene dos pisos; en el segundo estamos terminando la ampliación, aunque toda la vivienda ya está completamente habilitada. Disponemos de una habitación privada para nuestros huéspedes y, dentro de los espacios comunes, se encuentran el recibidor, el living, la cocina, dos baños, un quincho de interior y una terraza exterior.
Ofrecemos tres comidas al día: Desayuno, almuerzo y cena. Dentro de esos alimentos, tratamos de que todas sean variadas y completas. En el desayuno: huevos, pan, frutas, cereales, leche y yogurt. En el almuerzo y la cena, proteínas con verduras y ensaladas. También podrían ser caldos, guisos o pastas.

Our home is very close to the main road, making it easy to access transportation to the surrounding areas, such as the town of Puerto Varas, which is only 40 km away. It is also near supply stores and food outlets in the town. Additionally, it is very close to the lake and various tourist spots in the area, such as the Osorno and Calbuco volcanoes, and the Petrohué Falls.
We would like our guests to know that we enjoy keeping our home tidy and clean, as this is very important for our quality of life. We would also appreciate it if this were a valued and reciprocal characteristic.

Nuestro hogar se encuentra muy cerca de la carretera, lo que permite tomar fácilmente transporte hacia los alrededores, como, por ejemplo, la localidad de Puerto Varas, que está a tan solo 40 km. También está cerca de tiendas de insumos y locales de comida en el pueblo. Además, se encuentra muy cerca del lago y de distintos puntos turísticos de la zona, como los volcanes Osorno y Calbuco, y los saltos del Petrohué.
