    Description

    I moved 9 years ago from Christchurch to this property of 10 acres of beautiful land, most of it covenanted NZ bush, and have developed gardens and a home. It is situated in a hidden valley with a stream in the Coromandel.

    You could learn about the native bush, gardening, practice English and German.
    Anyone is welcome to join me attending the weekly sangha (get together of a local community with meditation) at a retreat centre nearby.

    Projects: gardening, weeding, clearing the orchard of weeds, maintaining paths through the bush, developing alternative power supplies, becoming as self-sufficient as possible. Any one interested in permaculture and alternative technologies is welcome to explore these ideas here with me.

    A single room in the house and a double room in a hut, both with access to their own bathroom in the house.

    Hot Water Beach is nearby with a weekly music night with open mic live music.
    Preferably own transport as I live quite remote.
    Also the iconic Cathedral Cove and Hahei is not far away. Many beaches to choose from. Whitianga is the closest town. A good base for nature walks.
