Help out at a Garden Center and renovate in Nakhonratchasima, Thailand

  Hello everyone
  Sa was dee ka, everyone. We welcome volunteers to our garden center.
  
  We run a small garden center near Korat city and used to do farm work growing rice &some vegetables, merchant, investor and selling trees and doing garden work for more than 30 years, our place is 10 km from Korat city. 1.5 hr from Khao Yai National Park, and 3 hrs from Bangkok in Northeast Thailand. Towards Laos, Cambodia.
  
  We are an independent family we have three grown-ups and sometimes young children, elderly.
  Nittaya's favorite hobbies are
  1. Singing, dancing & listening to music
  2. Reading & listening to holy teaching, Dhamma talk, practice
  3. Enjoy time with trees, nature & animals that make me feel freedom, happiness, and compassion.
  
  Behind our house, we have a few chickens and a small fish dam. We grow a few fruit trees and herbs to use in households, small self-sufficiency. We would be very appreciative if you could help around the house and garden center be Nitta ya's helper, good company.
  
  We are looking for a handyman, friends/ couple, or a group of friends who can share one room.
  
  You will be helping out along with Nittaya to start when you know how to do work you can start/continue work efficiently, independently till finish each job then move on to the next job.
  
  when you are here translator /or voice translator is a must, any translator would be very helpful for Nittaya to understand you :)
  Nittaya got help with English for her daughters/ niece so it is important before you come and also during your stay feel free to communicate through this workaway WhatsApp or FB messenger.
  Because Nittaya can only speak the Thai language. Thanks for your patience in advance.
  
  All welcome! Especially those who are genuinely into practicing YOGA and MEDITATION, MINDFULNESSES, OPENED MINDED & Honest, RESPECTFUL :)
  and sometimes building/renovating SML projects the skills would be appropriate but not necessary.

  😁Thai language,Thai and Isan (Laos) cooking and sometime Northern style. Feel free to help Nittaya anytime if you free and learn how to cook or prepare.

  😁A few local nice temples just around the corner you can experience with us regularly real Thai people making merit. Rice farm behind garden, local Thai every other day market close to home, etc
  
  😁Helper may cooked simple meals we suggested pasta, all food provided. We suggested you do at least one time during your stay. We are interested to try your cooking. But if you don't know or dont feel like cooking no worries.
  
  😁 *** Sometime If Nittaya go to temple she would like you to go to local temple near by together occasionally. And make sure you able to get up early on special day especially on Monk's day which is one a week if you know which day is monk day ( Holy day) you may get up early and cooked rice if you know how to, Nittaya will cook simple food, bring some fruits and take to temple & take opportunity to go to temple together, by foot or bicycle sometime motorbike. Everything will be over before 7 am morning on monk'day ***

  Help

  Initial from at least a week or two stay extended able for suitable people.
  Initial 1-month stays extended able for suitable people. We are flexible.
  
  Let us know if you wish to extend.
  
  The first day of your arrival is your free day.
  
  You can have 2 days off.
  
  You will mainly help Nittaya with daily tasks.
  
  1. In-house, help with cooking, cleaning, clean up after each meal, helpers help wash the dishes and cookware, and let air dry. Wipe down the table kitchen bench top, and sink.
  and cleaning the house at least once or twice a week, down and upstairs of house sweep floor and the mob and common senses are needed.
  2. In the Garden each day can be a different job but in general maintaining each day
  *️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️ trim pot plants trees, and old leaf trim it then sweep tidy up after then put leaves in the blue bin, or place it at the back of the garden.
  *️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️ weeding pot plant.
  *️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️ watering the garden in the morning or afternoon time for a few hrs you are aware of the systems :) you need assistance on how to use and turn it on and off properly otherwise it will ruin the water pump.
  *️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️ occasionally change pot plants,
  *️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️ While we are working if a customer comes please pause what we are doing and come to greet the customers ( Sa was dee ka if you are a woman and sa was dee krub if you are a man) and call me in case I am not around. work Be around Nittaya while the customer is browsing and if they buy trees you will be helping me carry it to the customer's vehicle which is usually parked at the front of the garden center, and say thank you & see you again to the customer ( Khob khun ka/krub & Phob kan mai , ma xudnun mai na ka/krub ) if you wish to say.
  3. If you see thing need to be done and you are creative or have some differ skill you want to help feel free to ask Nittaya.
  4. Prefer someone who can help out both in the morning and afternoon on a working day. And we prefer to provide all meals to our guests and volunteers your time. But fixable.

  You may plan to go Sightseeing / explore places by yourself on your other day off or after work anytime as easy Public transport or call Grab/taxi. You can also borrow our Bicycle to go cycling in the area. Or you may do this in the city area before coming to Nittaya. or maybe together.
  
  Hitch Hiking is not done or not common in Thailand. But up to you. Or it could cost you more than local buses and to eliminate worries for Nittaya especially if you are a female helper.
  
  If you prefer your transport to elsewhere there are motorbikes for rent in Korat city or you are welcome can use our one. ( Not recommended if you are not an experienced driver)
  
  Our place is less than 10km from Nakhonratchasima (Korat) city. Convenience & easy transport connection to Korat city & elsewhere in Thailand by train, buses, van, taxi, local bus from our garden center to Korat and everywhere in Thailand and neighbor country etc. You can use public transport to come/go anywhere from/to our garden center
  
  On Your departure day when you know the date and time please organize the taxi/ Grab or your transport in advance.
  Nittaya can assist or talk with the driver at Garden Center before you leave to make sure you will get to the New bus or old bus station and to make sure you get the right price & place. or to the Train station

  Here are some transport to the garden center. The bus or Song taw it will cost you from 20 - 40 baht. Taxi 200 to 400.
  1. The " Tha Chang bus" or ‘’ Tha Chang Song Taw’’ number 18
  2.Chukarat- Tha chang - Burirum-Surin bus
  3. Use a mobile application to call and use a taxi service
  4. Phanao Train station is not far from the garden if you use the train
  5. We might pick you you up or drop you off.
