Description
The best part of living here is to hear birds songs. There are a lot of different kinds of birds including(names in portuguese): Arara Azul, Papagaio, Tucano, Seriema, Curicaca, Canarinho, Curiango, Caracara, Gavião, Juriti, Pomba do Bando, Pica Pau de banda branca, Quero-quero, Garça, Coruja, Corujão, Corujinha do Mato, etc. There is a little forest reserve here where we can hike sometimes and be in more close contact with the different types of the trees of the Cerrado.
I live here with my parents, sometimes they go to sleep in the city since they have a house there too.Types of help and learning opportunities

Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
On weekends we can visit the neighboring farms, many of which belong to our family.
We can also go to some areas where the river has been dammed for the hydroelectric plant and if you want you can go fishing, kayaking, boating or swimming.
We can also participate in family lunches at neighboring farms.
I can offer travel and accommodation tips in other locations. If you need a computer friend, I'm that person. I have a degree in accounting, so I can help with something in that regard.
I would like to learn more about the habits and interests of people from other countries or even from my own country. I can communicate very well in English and Spanish, but I am always open to new languages.Help
The current tasks are:
Watering the plants around the main house.
Planting seedlings and seeds.
Weeding the area where we will start the agroforestry project and the bamboo and clay house.
I will perform all the tasks that the volunteer will perform as well.Languages

You can sleep in a tent or in the main house. It's up to you. If you choose a tent, you can choose any place on the property.
We offer the food and you are welcome to cook for everyone or just for yourself. Our food is very typical. We have separate pots and utensils in case you don't eat meat or any other ingredients other than ours.
We have a wood-burning stove and a conventional stove. We currently do not have a refrigerator, as our off-grid energy is very limited.
We are increasing the consumption of food that is produced on the farm, but we can always count on the market in town on Sundays. Every week we go to town to buy food at markets and fairs. What else ...
We have a car and you can go with us to town or use it whenever you need. Our relatives on the neighboring farms have larger cars and tractors too.
There is only one bathroom, the water is heated by the sun, but sometimes we also heat the water for bathing on the stove.
You can use the kitchen whenever you need.
You can walk around the farm at any time of the day or night, always respecting the local fauna and flora.
We wake up very early, as soon as the sun rises and we usually go to bed early, sometimes late due to the heat.
On your days off, you can go to the city or visit other farms and fishing spots. You can also stay here and explore the area further or do some activity. We have Starlink, but it is not always on, as we depend on energy from the Sun. We have pure artesian well water, safe for drinking and cooking, and we also have a water filter.
We have lots of trees with good shade and a hammock for you to rest or even take a nap.A little more information
