  Hello,
  
  We are a Franco-Mongolian family with two children. Since our father is often away, we need someone to help our mother take care of us. Our father is Mongolian, and our mother lived there for 12 years. We, the children, were born in Mongolia. Séléna is 12 years old, and Tanuuk is 10 and has Down syndrome.
  Our house has four bedrooms and a garden. It is located in Voreppe (near Grenoble).
  We go to school here: on foot for Séléna (middle school) and by car for Tanuuk (grade 4). Our town has 9,000 inhabitants and is located between Voiron and Grenoble.
  In our small town, there is a cinema, two pharmacies, small shops, a small market on Friday mornings, a post office, a supermarket, a swimming pool, etc. But above all, there's nature and mountains all around, and dozens of trails and hikes to enjoy in the area. It's a popular spot for cyclists and athletes (hiking, bike paths, climbing spots, etc.). The town is located between the Chartreuse mountains and the Vercors mountains across the valley.
  
  The mother looks after the children alone from mid-May to mid-July, and since she works, she needs help ;-)!

  Nous sommes une famille franco-mongole avec 2 enfants. Le papa étant souvent absent nous avons besoin d'une personne pour aider la maman à s'occuper de nous. Le papa est mongol et la maman a vécu 12 ans là-bas. Nous, les enfants, sommes nés en Mongolie. Séléna a 12 ans et Tanuuk a 10 ans et est porteur de la trisomie 21.
  Notre maison compte 4 chambres et un jardin extérieur. Elle est située à Voreppe (à côté de Grenoble).
  Nous allons à l'école ici : à pied pour Séléna (collège) et en voiture pour Tanuuk (CM1). Notre ville compte 9000 habitants et est située entre Voiron et Grenoble.
  Dans notre petite ville il y a un cinéma, 2 pharmacies, des petits commerces, un petit marché le vendredi matin, une poste, 1 supermarché, une piscine etc. Mais surtout il y a la nature et la montagne tout autour et des dizaines de sentiers et de randonnées à faire dans le coin. C'est un endroit prisé des cyclistes et des sportifs (randonnée, pistes cyclables, spots d'escalade etc.). La ville est entre la Chartreuse et en face le Vercors.
  
  La maman gère seule les enfants de mi-mai à mi-juillet et comme elle travaille, elle a besoin d'aide ;-) !

  Help

  If possible, I need help from mid/late May to mid-July.
  I need a French-speaking person to help me with the children when they are not at school:
  Help them get ready in the morning before school and in the evening after school. Help me with meals (we eat mostly organic, but I'm not a Michelin-starred chef) and household chores. Participate in activities with the children on Wednesdays and possibly weekends.
  
  The children go to school during the day.
  Tanuuk doesn't have school on Wednesdays, but he does have activities.
  Séléna goes every day except Wednesday afternoons.
  
  Tanuuk has medical follow-up (weekly psychomotor and speech therapy), which means he needs to be taken on Wednesdays. A license (or even a car) is required.
  
  My 12-year-old daughter is fairly independent. My son, on the other hand, needs to be accompanied: he likes to be active (ride his bike, play ball, go to the park, etc.), he is cheerful, full of enthusiasm and curiosity. He also needs a caring but firm environment.
  
  Having a driver's license would be a plus because a lot of travel here is done by car. Otherwise, there is public transportation (train, bus).

  Si c'est possible, j'ai besoin d'aide de mi/fin-mai à mi-juillet.
  J'ai besoin d'une personne francophone qui m'aide avec les enfants aux moments où ils ne sont pas à l'école :
  Les aidez à se préparer le matin avant l'école puis le soir après l'école. M'aider avec les repas (on mange plutôt bio mais je ne suis pas une cuisinière étoilée) et les tâches ménagères dans la maison. Participer aux activités avec les enfants le mercredi, le week-end éventuellement.
  
  Les enfants vont à l'école dans la journée.
  Tanuuk n'a pas école le mercredi mais il a des activités.
  Séléna y va tous les jours sauf le mercredi après-midi.
  
  Tanuuk a un suivi médical (psychomotricité et orthophonie hebdomadaire) qui fait qu'il faut l'emmener le mercredi. Avoir le permis (voire une voiture) est nécessaire.
  
  Ma fille de 12 ans est assez autonome. Mon fils par contre a besoin d'être accompagné : il aime bouger (faire du vélo, jouer au ballon, aller au parc etc.), il est joyeux, plein d'envie et de curiosité. Il a aussi besoin d'un cadre bienveillant mais ferme.
  
  Avoir le permis de conduire serait un plus car ici beaucoup de déplacements se font avec la voiture. Sinon il y a les transports en commun (train, bus).
