  Description

  We are a German-Italian couple (Fabio and Cécile) with a 12-year-old daughter and a 6-year-old son, living in the beautiful countryside of Nardó, Lecce, near the Apulian coast. We also have a dog and a cat. Cécile is an architect and Fabio is a cook, but ten years ago we changed our lives to fulfill our dream of living in the countryside and trying to be as self-sufficient as possible. We renovated an old farm building with our own hands and are now experimenting with permaculture and agriculture. Every day is a new challenge because we don't have many machines. We try to live off what Mother Earth offers us and to share experiences with others as a philosophy of life. We'd love to find independent people who want to spend time with us, especially with our children. It's important to us that they share our passion for nature and respect for resources! One of the important things to know about our family is that our daily routine is very much tied to the sun: we usually start very early and go to bed early. In the summer, the hours change slightly, but in any case, the physical tasks requires this type of structure...
  
  Siamo una coppia tedesco-italiana (Fabio e Cécile) con una figlia di 12 anni e un figlio di 6, e viviamo nella splendida campagna di Nardó, Lecce vicino al mare di Puglia.
  Con noi vivono anche un cane e un gatto.
  Cécile è un architetto e Fabio un cuoco, ma dieci anni fa abbiamo cambiato vita per realizzare il nostro sogno di vivere in campagna e cercare di essere il più possibile autosufficienti.
  
  Abbiamo ristrutturato un vecchio edificio agricolo con le nostre mani e ora stiamo sperimentando la permacultura e l'agricoltura.
  Ogni giorno è una nuova sfida perché non abbiamo molti macchinari,
  Cerchiamo di vivere di ciò che Madre Terra ci offre e di scambiare esperienze con altre persone come filosofia di vita.
  
  Ci piacerebbe trovare persone autonome che vogliano condividere del tempo con noi e soprattutto con i nostri figli.
  Per noi è importante che condividano la nostra passione per la natura e il rispetto per le risorse!
  
  Una delle cose importanti da sapere sulla nostra famiglia è che la nostra routine quotidiana è molto legata al sole:
  di solito iniziamo molto presto e andiamo a letto presto.
  D'estate gli orari cambiano leggermente, ma in ogni caso il lavoro fisico richiede questo tipo di struttura...

  Help

  On the one hand, we're looking for a Mary Poppins-type who can bring a breath of fresh air. We'd also be happy to help with the housework. Cécile is originally from Germany and speaks German with our children. Fabio is Italian and speaks Italian with them. The ideal person would be able to speak German with Frida and Milo, but also communicate in Italian, Spanish, or French with Fabio. We'd like someone who can integrate into our daily activities and share our family life for part of the day. We'd need help caring for Frida and/or Milo, especially during the holidays. It would be helpful to have someone who can cook sometimes and help out around the house, as well as with the garden and animals. We are no longer a farm, so we don't need help with sales or business.
  
  
  Da un lato cerchiamo una sorta di Mary Poppins che porti una ventata di aria fresca. Accetteremmo volentieri anche un aiuto per i lavori di casa.
  
  Cécile è originaria della Germania e parla tedesco con i nostri figli. Fabio è italiano e parla italiano con loro.
  La persona ideale dovrebbe essere in grado di parlare con Frida e Milo in tedesco, ma anche di comunicare in italiano, spagnolo o francese con Fabio.
  
  Vorremmo una persona che si integri con le nostre attività quotidiane e condivida la vita familiare per una parte della giornata. Avremmo bisogno di aiuto per accudire Frida e/o Milo, soprattutto durante le vacanze... sarebbe utile avere qualcuno che cucini a volte e dia una mano in casa, oltre che con il giardino e gli animali.Non siamo più azienda agricola per tanto non abbiamo bisogno di aiuto riguardo vendita o attività commerciale.

  Accommodation

  We have a guest room with a private entrance from the outside, but internally connected to our house. We also offer free parking for campers or tiny houses.
  
  Breakfast includes our own products, such as bread, honey, jam, marmalade, and we drink oatmeal and herbal teas.
  
  For lunch, we organize whoever's in the kitchen based on what's in the fridge, and the same goes for dinner. And in any case, you can't stay hungry.
  
  Disponiamo di una camera per gli ospiti con ingresso indipendente dall'esterno, ma collegata internamente alla nostra casa.

  A pranzo organizziamo chi si trova in cucina,in base a quello che si trova in frigo e idem per la cena,e comunque a digiuno non si rimane☺️

  In addition to the beautiful countryside and garden of our property, we live just five minutes from the beaches and the Ionian Sea coast. There are countless places of interest and nature reserves to discover throughout Salento. Cities like Lecce, Otranto, Taranto, and Gallipoli are real tourist attractions!
  
  Oltre alla splendida campagna e al giardino della nostra proprietà, viviamo a 5 minuti dalle spiagge e dalla costa del Mare Ionio.
  Ci sono un'infinità di luoghi d'interesse e riserve naturali da scoprire in tutto il Salento.
  Città come Lecce, Otranto, Taranto e Gallipoli sono vere e proprie attrazioni turistiche!
