Description
We would need to host a middle age couple,from 55 to 65 years old, for a maeby several months , who would like to share our home or living In the guest house. We need some helps and somebody who can care the finca while we are travelling, cause we have something to close abroad.
.The project we have is very interesting and include seversl thngs. An organic crop of aromatic and medicinal plants. We started with lavender and we have a lot to do. An organic garden with vegetables. We will have a fruit tree with many trees, oranges, lemons, mangoes, avocado. Also a space to raise hens fed with ecological feeds. The property is located in the vicinity of Arico, is a beautiful place with an unbeatable view to the ocean and is at the foot of the Arico hills. Very attractive is the ravine Bermejo so called by the color of its red stones where it is possible to carry out climbing and excursions there are also vestiges of ancient civilizations as the guanche .there is an oven where they dried figs and also a place of worship.
There are some very nice caves, they have to be cleaned and the rooms that is possible to create inside would be spacious and freshes.
The farm consists of a main wooden house that can host 7 people and a small house that I can expect 6 people. There are kitchen and bathroom in addition to external showers , a recreation area with barbecue and a lovely garden there are doing with trees and flowers.
I'm looking for artists able to work with plaster,mud,stones wood and to build naturally , painters to decorate walls with murales / graffitys would like to build a natural plaster Owen and more things.

Finca está naciendo Como asociacion cultural Hemos empezado con plantar lavanda y nos falta mucho por hacer. Una huerta ecológica con vegetales. Pondremos un frutal con muchos árboles, naranjos, limones, mangos, aguacate . También un espacio para criar gallinas alimentadas con semillas ecológicas.
La finca está ubicada en la cercanía de Arico, es un lugar precioso con una vista inmejorable hacia el océano y está al pie de las colinas de Arico. Muy atractivo es el barranco Bermejo así llamado por el color de sus piedras rojas dónde es posible efectuar escaladas y excursiones también hay vestigio de antiguas civilizaciones como la guanche hay un horno donde secaban higod y también un lugar de culto.
Hay algunas cuevas muy bonitas, hay que limpiarlas y acondicionar las para transformarlas en en habitaciones son muy frescas y muy limpias. La propiedad está aislada, lejos de los transportes públicos, recomiendo alquilar un coche
La finca consta de una casa de madera principal que es para la famila y un pequeño hostal que puedo esperar 6 personas todos tienen cocina y baño además de duchas externas una zona de recreo con barbacoa y un precioso jardín que están haciendo con árboles y flores.
Yo comparto mi tiempo en la finca . Busco a personas con experiencias en codtruciones naturales, artistas para decorar paredes con murales. Personas que conozcan la perrmacultura y sepan trabajar en el campo.

We speak Italian and a little Spanish and we would very much like to improve our Spanish and also be able to talk about our experiences with the guests on our farm. They could learn to care for animals, work the land, maintain a vegetable garden, learn about permaculture techniques and ecological culture.

We have a garden of over a thousand meters and a fruit tree that need care.

Tenemos un jardín de más de mil metros y un frutal que necesitan cuidado .
Además de huertas de vegetal para comer y huertas de plantas aromáticas.
Necesitamos una persona que pueda hacer trabajos de limpieza regar y cuidar las flores y las plantas además de una ayuda para plantar vegetales.

Una zona destinada al cultivo de las plantas médicas y aromática está todavía sin trabajar así que habría que despedregar y allanar un poco la tierra y luego empezar con poner el riego y acondicionarla para que pueda acoger las plantas.

Comfortable independent mini apartment, with kitchen. At the moment I can host two people but not offer them food. They have to buy it in the supermarket. It is essential to rent a car of transport because the farm is quite isolated
