Hello, We are an experience hospitality center located in Notre-Dame-de-la-Merci about 90 minutes drive from Montreal. We have 17 treehouses located on our lot surrounding 2 commun areas. Our site is bordered by the Dufresne river and it is adjacent to the Ouareau Forest regional park.

Nous sommes un centre d'hébergement d'expérience située à Notre-Dame-de-la-Merci à environ 90 minutes de route de Montréal. Nous avons 17 cabanes dans les arbres situées sur notre terrain qui sont installées autour de deux pavillons communs.. Notre site est bordé par la rivière Dufresne et il est adjacent au parc régional de la Forêt Ouareau.

Do you dream of a unique experience in the vast forests of Quebec? Live and work in a dream setting! Are you interested in working outside, contributing to the rebuilt of a meaningful place, and discovering Quebec culture? Unfortunately, a major fire destroyed our main commun area in December and forced us to close down. We need help to rebuilt this beautiful place, and this is where you come in! Construction of the main structure and systems will be done by professionals in March- April, and we are looking for handy helpers to do all the finishing touches in May and June. Lots of the furniture and equipments were home-made and it will require some folks with creativity in the group, as well as someone interested in helping for the feeding of the crew. We are looking for a team of 8 to 10 persons.

• Maintenance of the vegetable garden (maybe)
Schedule:
We will ask 4 days of work per week with varying schedules
Exchange:
We offer lodging in one of our cute cabins on stilts, a weekly allowance of $100/person, and lunches and diners are on us. The rest of the time, you are free to visit the surroundings, or simply take advantage of the site's facilities.

Vous rêvez d'une expérience unique dans les vastes forêts québécoises? Vivre et travailler dans un décor de rêve! Travailler dehors, participer à la reconstruction d'un lieu magique, faire des rencontres et découvrir la culture québécoise vous intéresse? Malheureusement, en décembre dernier un feu a détruit notre pavillon commun principal et nous a forcé à fermer nos portes. Nous avons besoin d'aide pour reconstruire cet endroit fabuleux, et c'est ici que vous entrez en jeu! La construction des structures et systèmes principaux sera effectuée par des professionnels en mars et avril, et nous cherchons des gens créatifs et manuels pour nous aider à la finition durant les mois de mai et juin. Tous les meubles et équipements étaient "faits maison" alors nous aurons besoin de gens avec une touche créative. Également, nous aurons besoin d'une personne qui nous aidera dans la préparation des repas pour l'équipe. Nous cherchons une équipe de 8 à 10 personnes.

We propose to accommodate you in one of our cabins on stilts. You will also have access to the common area of the other section which has fully equipped kitchen, the bathroom and showers.
Nous proposons de vous loger dans une de nos cabane sur pilotis. Vous aurez aussi accès au pavillon commun des cabanitas où il y a une cuisine toute équipée, les douches et la salle de bain.

Owning a car could be useful since public transport is not very developed in the surroundings.
