    Help

As a busy city family, our main focus is finding an extra pair of hands to help look after our little ones:The Toddler (1.5 years): Your main task will be keeping our toddler entertained. This includes playtime, reading books, and taking them for walks in the stroller to nearby parks. The 10-Year-Old: This age is very independent! Help here is just a little bit of supervision, hanging out, or chatting after school.Light Help: Keeping play areas tidy and helping clear up after the children's meal times.

To make this exchange work smoothly, clear communication and time management are key.Predictable Schedule: We will agree on set, predictable blocks of time for you to look after our 1.5-year-old and supervise our 10-year-old. This allows you to schedule your client meetings or deep-work hours around your volunteering duties.Childcare Comes First: During your agreed helping hours, your full attention must be on the children. You cannot take work calls or try to type on your laptop while looking after the toddler.Best Fit: This role is ideal for nomads with flexible, asynchronous workloads, freelancers, or part-time remote workers. If you have rigid, 9-to-5 online office hours with back-to-back meetings, this position will not be a good fit.
