  I live alone in a clean, well-furnished two-bedroom apartment and I’m happy to offer the second room for your stay. To help you settle in, I can provide some light essentials like tea, bread, salad, noodles, coffee, or a smoothie — just something simple and fresh to get you started.
  
  There’s a local market nearby where you can easily buy groceries, and you’ll have full access to the kitchen and utensils to prepare your own meals.
  
  I take pride in keeping my space 100% neat and organized, and I make sure it stays that way. I also believe strongly in mutual respect and personal boundaries, so you’ll always have your privacy and peace of mind.
