    Description

We live in the beautiful Atherton Tablelands surrounded by nearby waterfalls such as Millaa Millaa, lush rainforests and Lakes Eacham, Barrine and Tinaroo. We have a housing block in a quiet cul-de-sac within 20 minutes of these lakes, and about 40-50 minutes drive to many other natural features. Inside, we have a dedicated spare room in the house, a large common shower room and kitchen. You’d have your own room fully connected with WIFI in our house and food provided in exchange for help around the house and gardens. Danetta is originally from Singapore, and has lived in the UK. She is busy working in the day in healthcare while Adriel is originally from South America, has lived in the US and UK and is freelancing dabbling in IT, media, and other hands on projects.

We really need help for 5 hours a day 4days a week. We aren’t experienced in these areas and really need help neatening the front and back gardens. So experience with gardening is appreciated. We also have some DIY projects like furniture restoration, car repair/ van comversion, decluttering and house maintenance that we’d like help with. Would really appreciate some previous skills in this area.

Things you do in your off time: waterfalls, hikes and lakes around in your time off, or head down to Cairns for the Great Barrier Reef, or the night scene on weekends. We sometimes go down to Cairns ourselves and you’re welcome to come along. We don’t smoke or drink at home and prefer a peaceful but lively home life.
