  Hello, we are Sergio Miriam and Lua......an Italian-Mexican family that lives here in the middle of the forest and our dream is to be as sustainable as possible and be in contact with our mother earth......... We have traveled for a long time before starting this permaculture project and we like the idea of sharing with travelers......we are calm and active people......we love nature.....well We are part of it....we do organic gardening ...our bread pizza and cookies with a wooden oven and we are vegetarian......we excenge 5 hours of help monday to friday for accomodacion in a big and confortable tent ....the work are from early morning because is a hot tropical place Saturday and Sunday off.....there is a lot to.do and see in this reagion..........so if all this resonates with you, welcome.
  
  Hola somos Sergio Miriam y Lua......una familia italo mexicana que vive aquí en medio del bosque y nuestro sueño es poder ser lo más sustentable posible y estar en contacto con nuestra madre tierra.........hemos viajado por mucho tiempo antes de empezar este proyecto de permacultura y nos gusta la idea de compartir con viajeros......somos personas tranquilas y activas ......nos encanta la naturaleza.....pues somos parte de ella..sembramos hortaliza orgánica ....hcocinamos nuestro pan pizza y dulces en horno de leña y somos vegetarianos.....ofrecemos por 5 horas de trabajo diario de lunes a viernes por alojamiento en una grande y confortable carpa y comidasadado y domingo son libres....hay mucho que hacer y ver en esta región ..........así que si te resuena todo esto bienveni@s

  Here you can learn to make compost and vermicompost......to prepare crop beds......to make whole wheat bread with sourdough, pizza and if you like, to work with the wood oven...... You can also learn to make artisanal chocolate......here we are learning to live simply and recover the connection with Mother Earth
  
  Aquí pueden aprender a hacer compostas y lombricomposta......a preparar camas de cultivo......a elaborar pan integral con masa madre , pizza y si gustan a trabajar con el horno de leña......también pueden aprender a elaborar chocolate artesanal ......aquí estamos aprendiendo a vivir de manera simple y de recuperar la conexión con la madre tierra

  The accommodation is in a gome......which is a large country house with comfortable beds inside......the kitchen is in the house and we generally share the 3 meals together

  Here we are in the middle of a beautiful tropical forest and at the entrance of a beautiful canyon....in your free time you can take many beautiful walks in nature.....go to the river or stream pools.... ..there is also rafting in the river.....or going to a very nice climbing area......one hour away are the city of Jalapa and Coatepec, which have a good cultural scene, there is also the Xico town that offers beautiful landscapes and hiking in the Cafre de Perote mountain
  
  Aquí estamos en medio de un lindo bosque tropical y en la entrada de un lindo cañón....en su tiempo libre pueden hacer muchas caminadas bonitas en la naturaleza.....ir al río o a las pozas de arroyos......también hay para hacer rafting en el río.....o ir a una zona de escalada muy bonita......a una hora quedan la ciudad de jalapa y Coatepec que tienen una buena movida cultural ,también hay el pueblo de Xico que ofrece lindos paesajes y caminada en la montaña del cofre de perote
