  Small house in Østre Toten , lovely countryside, close to a lot of culture/art/music events . 3 english setters ( hunting possibility) and a big garden in transforming , removing old trees, chopping wood etc. Also some fixing on the house is wanted . Me , 52 year old woman, working as a phurchaser .
