We are a large family new to hobby farming. Our home is nestled in a forest at the edge of Mission BC. We raise goats, pigs, chickens and turkeys. Our farm is situated on the back end of Hayward lake with foot trails to lake access. Additionally, we have a popular salmon fishing spot in the front. We are 45 minutes from Vancouver and 15 minutes from Mission city. There is tons to do and amazing neighbours nearby.

The farm was neglected for many years prior to our family purchasing it. We need help with fencing, landscaping and upkeep of the out buildings. We are also preparing some land for cottages. There is also need for inside renovations during the cooler months.
Initially, in warmer seasons we’ll only have a pop tent trailer but the cottages are meant to be the proper accommodations. Until then we have an area on the first floor to stay in.
When not helping there is hiking, fishing, kayaking/canoeing and an array of outdoor activities steps away. If you are looking for city adventures, the Westcoast Express in only 15 minutes away and leads you to downtown Vancouver. Our background includes 14 years of international homestay so we can guide you in some pretty exciting activities.
