  We're a married couple with two young boys.
  
  Actually searching for someone for April until may 10
  
  For June-July-August 2024, ideally someone for the full summer, but we are open to consider shorter stays.
  
  We're located in a beautiful village near the St-Lawrence river: about 40 min east from Quebec City (we can bring you to the ferry if you want to visit the city for a week-end) with many great places around to visit (islands, beaches, parks etc.). We offer a private room with private bathroom with an intimate balcony that has an amazing view of the river and sunsets! We speak French and English at home.
  
  We expect around 5 hours of work per day at your rhythm with a flexible weekly schedule that we fix together and free weekends and evenings to enjoy the area. You can expect a mix of different tasks like : cooking meals, working in the garden or landscaping, spending quality time and playing with our 2.5 years old toddler, helping with some basic home maintenance and cleaning. We absolutely want someone with great love for children and good sense of responsabilities.
  
  We can teach many things about gardening, family life, food transformation and cooking etc. We're not a farm selling stuff outside ; we take care of our land to feed the familly, develop a good education for our children and enjoy the beauty of nature. We're catholics so don't be surprised if you see us pray together and be sure we'll be happy to receive you even if you don't share our christian faith.
  
  We like to have a video-chat discussion before taking any commitment, using whattsapp as been the best.

  Help with the children (mainly with our toddler that is soon 3 years old), cook some meals, help with improvement on the land or in the house, help with the gardens during the summer. In a spirit of freedom, dialogue and sharing.
  
  Aider avec les enfants, cuisiner certains repas, aider dans des travaux d'amélioration sur le terrain ou dans la maison, aider avec les jardins pendant l'été. Dans un esprit de liberté, de dialogue et de partage.

  Accommodation

  As you can see on the pictures : Private room and bathroom with balcony with one of the best view on the river and mountains. For meals, we consider you has part of familly and can share together when it's possible (depending on our schedule and the needs of the children (oldest is soon 3 years old and baby is 7 months). Of course there's no problem if you just want to eat alone or outside or in your room, you even have a little fridge and table in the room, so just let us know.

  What else ...

  Québec is 40 min drive (with international airport). Ferry from south shore to Quebec easy to reach. Nearby : islands to visit, beach to swim in the summer, marina to relax, small grocery store with basic stuff. Cities nearby : Montmagny, Lévis (with ferry to visit Quebec). Other ferries can lead you to the north shore (Charlevoix, Saguenay Fjord etc.), train and buses to Montreal or other places not too far. Parks for hiking not too far too. In the winter : country skiing and snowshoe trails at 5 min from home or directly here on our land, and way more to discover. Welcome !
