Description
Experience the rural lifestyle... we have a small lifestyle farmlet in Waitoki, Auckland, NZ, approx. a 30min drive from Auckland City (in no traffic - there is usually traffic eeek). We are a 15-20 min drive to lots of locations, such as a lovely beaches or a waterfall for swimming, shops, movie theaters, supermarkets etc.
We are a social couple looking to welcome people into our home to help with all the commitments that come with owning 10 acres, 2 cats, sheep, cows, an orchard, flower garden, a barn, two ponds, lots of fences, even more weeds and a never ending procession of 'good ideas'
Sam & Tess are your hosts, plus Tess's Dad Craig lives here (he has early onset Dementia). We are looking for helpers 24yrs and older, who are interested in physical tasks around the proeprty, helping us with the garden mainly, although we always have projects on the go, sometimes keeping an eye on Craig, and occasionally cooking us your traditional cuisine!

We are looking for helpers to assist in maintenance around the property such as: mowing, weeding, painting, mulching, digging, building projects, fencing, inside house cleaning, cooking meals, gardening... depending on weather and what needs doing!
