  Hi! I’m Yolanda, a single mum living in Barceloneta, Barcelona, with my daughter Oceana.
  
  We live a calm, slow and creative lifestyle close to the sea. I work in international education and I’m also very interested in mindfulness, nature, healthy living and conscious parenting. Our home has a peaceful and cozy atmosphere and we would love to welcome someone kind, respectful and easygoing to share this experience with us. Ideally from the 20th July til the 21th August.

  This would be a lovely experience for someone who enjoys slow living, meaningful cultural exchange and experiencing Barcelona in a more local and authentic way.

  As a cultural exchange, we would love to share our Mediterranean lifestyle, local places in Barcelona, slow living, conscious parenting and our daily routines. We also love meeting people from different cultures and learning new perspectives, languages and ways of life.
  
  We want the Workawayer to feel comfortable, included and part of our small family during their stay. Breakfast is included as well as basic ingredients and tools to cook. We usually eat simple, healthy and fresh food at home.
  
  A private room/space will be provided and I will upload photos soon so you can see the accommodation clearly 😊

  Help

  The help is mainly during school holidays. Ideally from the 20th July til the 21th August.and it consists of spending time with Oceana, playing with her, keeping her entertained and helping with very light daily tasks such as tidying toys or keeping shared spaces organized. It would be around 20–25 weekly. Usually weekends 100%off. You are welcome to arrive a few days earlier so you can familiarise with us and the neighbourhood.
