    Description

    Hi workawayers,

    We are Anders and Salman – a couple from Denmark and Pakistan. We live in Copenhagen in a house with a garden, which we have been working on transforming from a lawn to a lush and beautiful place. We wish to get some help with the garden.

    Us
    We are a gay couple. We are used to hosting people in other hospitality platforms. For us the cultural exchange of getting to know new people is the main reason we host people on hospitality platforms. So we hope to spend time with our visitors and get to know them. We are easy going and open to many different kinds of people.

    Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

    We love spending time with our visitors talking about their culture and Danish and Pakistani culture. If time permits we like to show our visitors the city and tell about the history of Copenhagen and Denmark. Thus our visitors will learn about Denmark and Danish culture. Otherwise we love talking and playing board games.

    Help

    We have more or less finished the front part of the garden, with a rose garden, fruit garden and more. Now we have started working on our back garden. We are finishing digging away the lawn and removing tiles, to make space for planting more flowers and bushes. We are also planning to get hens in 2026 and make an enclosure for them.

    Everyone should be able to help, regardless of experience. But these things could be good to have:
    * Knowledge about plants and planting
    * Knowing weeds from wanted plants
    * Experience with hens
    * Being handy with wood construction
