We, Monika (60 years) and Leopold (61 years), live in Dürnstein, a small but very touristic town in the Wachau valley. We have two sons, one daughter, one daughter-in-law and two grandsons. At the moment only our daughter is staying with us in Dürnstein and she studies Spanish and Physics at the University of Vienna. We all are musicians, play in the local brass band and like to sing. We have a small vineyard on the castle hill and we make our own wine.
The Wachau valley is full of history. We have a lot of old castles and monasteries. Travellers can also get information about Austria and improve the German language.
We need one or two helpers for building and restoring dry stone walls at the terraces in our vineyard and helping us to bring away weed, grass and little trees.
