Description
A dear hello, my name is Philipp and I am living together with a few animals on an old farm in the beautiful region of south east austria. The property is round 70000 m2 and has a lot of potential.
Over the last 10 years i planted a lot of fruittrees, nuttrees and shrubs to create an eatable landscape and to show how diverse we could design a property like this. I am interested in regenerative agriculture, syntropic agroforestry, permaculture and no dig growing, which I do try in the vegetable garden if I find the time. Over the past years a big part of the house has been renovated and a beautiful little tiny house has been built as well as a mobile tiny house on which a friend of mine is still working.
I would like to welcome people who are interested in creating new ways of community building and who are interested in all kinds of alternative topics. So please share the things you are interested in and in which you may already were able to collect experience. Marketing.? Cooking.? Building.? Arts.? Or whatever . :)
This place wants to become a place of unity, collective sharing, regeneration and happiness. Be part of it.

Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
I do have a lot of knowledge in different fields like for example the forest, trees and woodwork, regenerative agriculture, permaculture and soil regeneration. I also know a lot about ecological building and renovation and how to work with lime and clay.
Depending on the season i like to collect different things like herbs or mushrooms in the area. You are always welcome to join.
The region I live in has also great thermal spas. If you like to recharge your batteries, this could be a nice side trip.
Help
I would like to welcome people who are self-initiative and open minded.
If you are interested in regenerative agriculture and permaculture, cooking and maintaining the house, helping in the vegetable gardens or taking care of the animals there will be something to do for you ;) although the coming month there might be more of construction work around the house...

Accommodation
I have two guest rooms and there is the possibility to park your own mobile home or built up your own tent. Bathroom and kitchen are shared so far.
Veggies and eggs are available on site as well as fruits and herbs (depending on the season). For everything else it is possible to check at a supermarket that is not to far away. Sharing meals and food is welcome but does not have to be.
I am willing to adapt to my guests eating habits, at least to most of them.....
What else ...
If you would like to know what else you can do or how to get around in this area or have any other questions just contact, me i am happy to help out.
Hope to meet you soon.

Philipp and Connie are super kind and welcoming. Philipp has traveled a lot in Southeast Asia and brings a really interesting perspective. Connie is very lovely, funny and easy to talk to!
