Description
We are a couple living in a beautiful spot by the lake Vättern in Sweden. Helena is working part time in the library/tourist information. Erik is doing some woodworking in the neighborhood. We are situated between Gothenburg and Stockholm. We are growing organic vegetables trying to become self sufficient. We live in e tiny village close to a bitter village 3 km away where they have a nice bakery/café and some restaurants, library and small shops. There is a hiking trial just outside us -it leads to a big hilly trailarea Omberg. Vättern is nice for swimming and diving summertime.

Helena is working part time in the library/tourist information and has a lot of information about craft and food producers in the area. Accommodation
In your own privat small hut. Its comfortable and basic. You will get supply for breakfast and dinner and we eat the lunch together. You are more than welcome to cook at lunch if you would like!

It is also lots of possibilities for trekking around the neighborhood and there is a canoe available at the lake nearby.

I stayed with them in their beautiful cottage for a month. A really nice place with a 360 panorama view to Jamtland mountains and surrounded by forest and paths. Where you can also appreciated the wild life as maybe some dear or fox will visit.

It was nice to work with Eric and not alone. We made some firewood work and I finally learned to use chainsaw. We didn't work so much (less than 5 hours) and I had lots of time to relax.
