  Description

  We are a family of four, Sylvia & Morten, Louis 8 years & Henri 6 years. We also have a dog and some chickens. We live in an big , old brickmill that we have restored. inside the house we have a kitchen, bathroom, livingroom, several bedrooms, a veranda, an textile atelier ect...On our land we have a big greenhouse, chicken house, vegetable garden, a big garage with equipements for house fixing. a river etc...
  According to the season and your skills and preferances we need help to : cooking, housecleaning, dogwalking, gardening, fencing, treecutting, woodstabling, vegetable harvesting, textile work, snowshuffling, soilpreparing and sometimes other bigger projects. Sometimes, specially in the summer we also need housekeeping if we are on holiday.
  We can offer a rural place close to a bigger city (Hamar). In the surroundings from our house you can go hiking, biking, fishing, tenting, skiing (crossountry, downhill), skating,rafting, isfishing, wateractivities (canoe, padelboard, bading) and we can provide you with the equipements for most sorts of outdoor avtivities.
  We also have a small cabin in a remote area were you can stay for a night or two if you like.
  The city of Hamar is 5 km from our house and have severalk train and buss connection. The distance to Gardemoen airport is 80 km.

  We are a social family with all our family living nearby and we will of course invite you to join us in social activities. Sometimes we also might want to do activities with you as hiking or visiting some locals attractions.
  We also live in the countryside and Life in norway is quiet so It’s a good thing if you like your one company.
  We Are also a family with kids and follow them to activities some afternoons.

  Accommodation

  We have a own guestroom with a dubble bed and extra bedrooms . You will share bathroom and kitchen with us. The kitchen is provided with the ingrédients you need . We try to have one meal togheter every day. If you have any special needs, diets or allergies regarding food let us know and we will adapt.

  What else ...

  There is a river next to the house on the property, here you can fish or borrow our canoo if there is enough water.
  There are several natural hiking tracks in the area wich is known for a rich birdlife. You can go biking and visit a ecological farm café nearby or just have a look at the rural surroundings. in the winter you can go skiing on the fields if there is enough snow.
  About 20 kilometers from our house there is great possibilities for skiing, hiking, fishing in the nature in the wilderness of Hedmarksvidda.
  Hamar city with cinema, cafés, shopping ,theatres and museums is 6 km away and here is great bus connextions 2 km from our house
  3 km from the house starts Norways biggest lake, Mjøsa, with great possibilities for fishing, canoing.
